Sonam's not in Raees yet

The rumours doing the rounds of late are that Sonam Kapoor has been signed on opposite Shah Rukh Khan for Excel Entertainment's Raees.
While Bollywood insiders claimed that Sonam's inclusion is confirmed, the film's director, Rahul Dholakia, has denied the reports. When we contacted Rahul, the filmmaker said, "No this is not true. We have not approached any actress as yet. I don't know who is spreading these rumours."
So who will finally get the coveted role? I guess we'll just have to wait and watch.
