This recent article of Saurabh's views on leaves

Has got me thinking, I was discussing with my friends a couple of months back about Jay Soni he worked 72 hours straight and the article was painting him in a positive light for doing that, and Shamim his Co-Star fell ill trying to keep up with him and the schedule demanded by their production house in Saanskar. Drashti participated in Jhalak not by choice I felt it was Colors demand that she do both shows, and perhaps as a condition for her to get the MEIEJ role she needed to also do Jhalak, she was getting only 4 hours a day to rest when she finished practicing for Jhalak and needed to report for duty on MEIEJ sets. Deborleena Batarcharjee (Giaa Manek's replacement in Saathiya) worked in pain when she had a slipped disk, they couldn't include a track in the show that allowed her to be lying down or give her sick leave to get well, many reading this last one will be thinking she can take pain killers and carry on working, I know it because you are used to being put upon in this manner, your health doesn't matter when you are chasing money or making a living. Bombay is said to be the place which doesn't sleep 24 hours, is it something to be looked upon so favourably? Don't people get tired, don't people need rest to be rejuvenated and remain enthusiastic about their jobs, they do. The actors need to form a new union, to look after their interests alone, CINTAA doesn't do that it's supposed to be the Association for Actors but it looks after the interest of the producers and never the actors, if they did look after the actors interests really this practice of overworking, maximum hours per week to work should have been stipulated for all their actors. You are probably thinking of the mentality of some people, if they see a saturated market (too many actors looking for work) they will undercut each other, if this one wants to work only 40 hours a week, I will offer to work more hours and get that job, that shouldn't be allowed, so perhaps it's a government issue this, and people in society in India should take this up with their parliamentarians and ask for a change in legislature so that a maximum number of hours of work should be stipulated in law, it will be to the betterment of society in general, and improve the lives of people. But it needs to start from the people that are affected the most.

AFTER VD WORKED HARD AND MANAGED TO COME IN MORE SCREEN SPACE AT THE DAYS OF HIS HOLIDAY, HIS HARDWORK AND SINCERITY TOWARDS SHOW DIDN'T COUNT BY PRODUCERS.
IF U CHECK THE EPISODES OF DAYS WHERE VD WENT TO LEAVE HAD ACTUALLY MORE SEANS OF VD.
IT MEANS HE WORKED DAY NIGHT TO COMPLETE HIS WORK N TRIED NOT AFFECT THE SHOW.

BUT WAT HE GOT RETURN FOR HIS LOYALTY N HARD WORK TOWARDS SHOW N PRODUCERS?

Frankly , I don't believe even 1% of what ST said 🥱 in fact forget believing his words , I don't believe he actually thought about Viv like that . Doesn't it smell enough fishy that just few days back AS , his co producer gave a totally 180 degree opposite statement about the same actor , to rise that doubt ? AS said working with Viv was good experience & they are eagerly waiting to work with him again . Isn't that a too good a report for the actor who was thrown out because of holidaying ? 🤓 I mean come on ! If really Vivian made him so much mad that he "fire"d him wouldn they have said that clearly in the press conference ? Like Zee said about their actor ? 😛 but no ! There was nothing like that in the pc . Does ST even know what his co producer said in the pc ? If AS was wrong why ST kept silence then ? He is giving this statement after that #wewantvivianback storm started . It was just a feeble try to stop that trending thing . I donno if ST is this much delusional that he thought fans will believe him will start blaming Viv in place of him , but he's smart enough to know even if that doesn happen , the opposite will happen for sure . Fans will hate him for badmouthing their fav actor & won't want their fav to work under him ever ! Twitter storm can be stopped that way too 😆 & if ST babu found Viv that much problematic why didn he "fire" him b4 ? why firing now when the show is counting its last breaths ? Forget firing , he actually increased Viv's per day amount so that Viv doesn leave the show 🤣.🤣.🤣 & honestly after DDEJ's closure & chalbasiya's flat fall on trp chart I really don think ST is in a condition to "fire" anyone , forget a popula actor with such huge fanbase 😆


& about Vivian's leaves honestly I won't deny he did take leaves . But how much ? 4-5 times in almost 2 years span ? Big deal huh ? 🥱 & moreover whenever he went for leave , he banked episodes & then left . Except that honeymoon in Australia (which was a sudden plan) other times , did we ever feel he has taken leave ? He was presentin every episode for a good amount of time ! Ppl who doesn read these online newses , won't ever believe he was on leave ! & in this KRK track , har 20minutes ke epi ka 17-18 mins toh Viv ka scene hota tha , be it as RK , be it as KRK . & he banked that much scenes b4 going for leave . I mean come on ! I'm sloging overtime & doing 3 days works in 1 day , still I can't have those 2 days of my own ? That sounds ridiculous 🤢 or according to ST that overtimed working hour should be the normal working hour everyday ? 😳

I seriously hate this man now 🤢 when it comes to take credit of success he takes all of his own , says actors were new comer , he made them stars & what not . But when it comes to take the responsibility of failure , he puts all the blames on the same actor . How impressive 🥱 during DDEJ's launch he said DDEJ will rock too coz MEIEJ's success was not a fluke . During RR's launch he said they will b the biggest thing ever happened on Indian tv by the end of this year . Now reality hitting hard 😛 no wonder he has gone crazy 😆

i am completely disagree with u every industry has its pros and cons...when u enjoys benefits then why to back out from responsibilities...its not only abt entertainment industry but everywhere even IT people slogs and its all around the world
