Hi all- after a fantabulous episode yesterday, ek filler episode tho banta hai 😊 Even the CVs need a break 😆 Today, opened up more questions on how this track will finish: will the well be valid proof, what is the role of Adham Khan? I had hoped the CVs would gradually wind down the track of Ben but they want to keep the how, what, when of Ben's departure clearly masked.

While today's episode paled in comparison to yesterday, there were still some positives hidden in the episode. I know the first scene was a disappointment to everyone- while I did not like Ruqs taking over the lep and Jalal's lack of support for Jodha, I am not really surprised. Jalal always wanted to see a jealous Ruqs and he finally got it- I think his part time job (if not full time) is to make his begums jealous and fight over him- obviously It was an unnecessary scene ( in my opinion) as Akdha were on a recovery track. However, I think CVs are building up Ruqs insecurity for the next track.

Well anyways, let's get to the positives for today.

1. Now Salima Begum and HB join the list of folks who know that are brilliant leads are in love. Who is left? Jodha has equated her love for kartavya yesterday and chinta today- it will take a few more progressions to move to love. In any case, with every episode. I further fall in love with Salima Begum's character. The way she stands behind Jodha is amazing.

2. All we be well that end's well. Yet another foreshadowing from Salima Begum that Jodha will get the credit for saving Jalal in the end. I think it will take dramatic action for Jalal to get over the shove and his hurt so dramatic will be the end.

3. A new hint with the poison in the well. I don't think this evidence will hold water (no pun intended) in unveiling Ben or else Jodha won't have to risk her life to save Jalal as per our spoiler. The greater reason that I was happy about this is the CVs newfound passion for logic 😉 I think many thought that the well should be poisonous if an injured Ben fell into it and amazingly it turned out to be true. I am so glad Jodha did not shoot Ben in the Yamuna- imagine a whole river would be poisoned. 😉

4. The Rajputs are regaining their sheen. Again foreshadowing the downfall of Adham Khan and MA, Maan Singh will soon become a mansebdar. With the mention of Shivani and her aashiq today, it looks like that track will receive closure soon as well. One thing I am glad of is that Jalal is not holding his hurt against Jodha, Shivani, and Bharmal against Maan Singh. I hope they show more scenes of their bonding in the future. I love some of the Amer scenes- especially where they both make fun of Jodha.

5. One more day down for Ben. Though she didn't show Ben in her new dress, they did mention the Nikah dress in the precap- yeah, one more dress down! This positive, tied with one more, my wish of seeing Ben and Adham Khan together in one frame. What a made for each other Jodi 😉

Phew, that was a little tougher today. here's hoping for some better episodes for the rest of the week.

Seeing all the posts, thought I might as well watch the episode on TV when it airs in my time zone.

The well water turning poisonous should give Jalaal something to mull over...That is if he can take the time to think and analyze every single piece of evidence gathered so far...

Going by the pace of today's episode, It does look like the track may extend till Monday/Tuesday next week. Butl now that we know the end of Benazir is approaching for sure, we might as well put up with the fact that we may have to endure her slightly longer.

2 things as u pointed that might makeup the next track are 1. Ruqu's insecurities and 2. Closure of Shivani Saga.

Divya somewhere I think TE wants Jodha to claim her position as his wife as a matter of her right and not as something that he has given her - and if you see, Jodha has always given up her place to Ruqu baby - she has never said that 'I too have a right to be his wife and that does not mean I am taking your place but I cannot be denied mine' - this is something that has to come from Jodha herself and until then Jodha will never be a wife - whatever she may claim. Claiming your right does not mean you are denying another theirs. As Coelho says - When you say Yes to someone make sure you are not saying No to yourself - Jodha needs to learn this.

This silence from TE is his way of making Jodha underatand that if 'you truly feel that I am your husband then do not let any of the others push you out of my life claim what is rightfully yours' - Though he could have told off Ruqu that would always have the tag that it was TE gave her the place and the rights of a wife which he already has but has Jodha accepted it??? - if we are talking equality then as a woman who has married her man, every woman shd have the guts and gumption to take the place that is rightfully hers and not wait for the man to give it to her everytime she feels threatened by a MIL, SIL, other women etc - and if one says that the man shd do so everytime the wife is pushed away (which will always happen from MIL, SIL and sundry others) then let us all shut up about equality.
