Beggars - Circumstantial, laziness, geninune, fakes reason to be one

PS - Beggars or help seeker who really need, I mean we and goverment should help them.

Note: alms - noun: voluntary contributions to aid the poor

Is it right to give alms to beggars?

Anshuman, ages ago- that is when I was still a toddler in the DM, I remember seeing such a topic and then 'they all' ( not me), argued this thing to death...I dont know if we can dig that again, or if its a good idea to go about it afresh 😃

This may not be related to topic. Has anyone watched Traffic Signal??? Excellent movie.

When I read about beggars I just think of that movie and how some of those beggars are business run by mobs 😡 .

people who have no homes to stay, no grain of rice to feed their kids must be helped. i watched traffic signal long ago, and the movie was very touching. i was shocked to see that the slums are still existing. kids begging on streets. i am not sure why these people are not being helped by their cities so that they can be given houses where they could live instead of those unhygienic slums.

And if you look at begging as s concept everybody does that with family, employers...
