Gurmeet & Debina v The Rest.. *DT Note P8*

I really feel sorry for all the other couples on the show, it seems like they are of no importance and that Gurmeet and Debina are the only ones who have struggled in their life, and are the only ones who work hard.

Yeah I agree with every word of yours. Sajid is the one to blame for all the biasness in the show. Declaring winners in first episode was cheap of him! 🥱 Then we have Gurmina being the only ones on the show who get the most importance. It's like nobody else has fans! The whole season was based on them and their stories. Kabhi fracture kabhi stories and what not?! 🥱

And for everyone's information, Gurmeet was 19 and Debina 19-20 when they got married. Gurmeet & Debina got married in 2004, when the legal age of consent for both males and females was 18, so they did not have a child marriage. The child marriage act of 2006 increased male consent to 21, but it does not apply to couples who are already married by then, so people can relax and not have a panic attack at the thought of Gurbina having a child marriage. 😆

It's absolutely fair for Gurmeet and Debina to have a video on them like every other couple or almost every other couple had about them and I don't think that's the problem. The issue is that Gurmeet and Debina's video is airing in the semi-finals which is leaving a bad impression in many viewers minds because at this stage of the competition everything should be on a even footing and that does not appear to be the case. Especially since Sajid Khan's mantra is also repeated practically every week - do you think that is fair to the other contestants - I don't think so. What's fair is fair!

To be honest, I was wondering when there would be a video about Gurmeet, because there was a video on Ripu-Shivangi (especially Shivangi), Vinod (where his parents talked about his handicap and his struggle with it), Raqesh-Riddhi (where it talked about their love story) and even Rithvik-Asha. In fact, in the first episode there was a video after everyone couple's introduction except for Gurmeet and Debina, so if we are enjoying a video on them where his parents got to give him some encouragement, what's wrong with it? Last week, Rithvik also talked about his struggle and how he came from a poor family, but it's wrong if Gurmeet does so? What's with the double standard?

Personally, I enjoyed hearing about the struggles and life history of every couple on this show. It helped me get to know them all better in a much more personal life, but I find it unfair how Gurmeet and Debina are the only couple being targeted for having a video, when every other fan group enjoys have special mentions and videos on their respective couple.

shame on u that u don't even know the real age of ur fav actress she is 34 :P remeber in 1999 she was 20 where she took participation in some miss show where no one was under 20 :P uff go do ur homework then peeche pls thank u

Even I was thinking the same.. Every couple had some kind of video in different episodes.. Then why is Gurbina targetted for having a video of guru's journey in today's episode..

Have nothing against any other performers coz every contestant is really good.. And their life story too.. But targetting a couple only because they were the ones whose videos were shown is unfair...

Every couple in some or the other way have shared their journey... If they share their story/journey its good. and if gurbina is sharing their journey, its a trick.

Yess it is fair to have their video also but why at the end only is it quite obvious people gonna be talking about it how they feel I'm feeling it too that video was saved for end by Shamir DiMagg so they can have sympathy but sorry to say seen a lot o u Guys saying oh it was emotional brought tears in every viewers didn't see anyone crying over it neither did I no I'm not heartless but I'm one of those who cry if some get a small cut on finger I cry n I cry when I see such lovely couples so in love but here I felt like I'm watching some show were they r showing the hero where he grown up from like sometime of movie like slumdog million air but all thinking is different n uguys will never think negative or wrong or find any faults in ur god so keep doing them he is going nowhere he may win but he lost respect from his many fans to random people
