Geet slept there on the floor only by keeping her head edge of the bed,,She was so hurt that she was sobbing in her sleep too..

Maan was trying to sleep in his bed but was not able to. He was now feeling guilty for saying all that to geet.

Maan(ST).no Maan You are not going to feel good until you ask for her forgiveness...Usne wahi kaha jo tumne use bataya..It was your weakness that she pointed out.I think I should talk to Geet but it is quite late..she must be sleeping by now..I should check if she is sleeping then it's ok.I will not disturb her..If she is awake I will talk ..I will get peace only after talking her..She came for the first time to you to ask for something that too for not herself but for the family..

Maan could not hold himself anymore and he decided to talk to geet.He reached to her room and knocked at the door ..but to his surprise door was open..He peeped in and found her sleeping on the floor with Yash's picture in her hands.He came in ..she was still sobbing as well as was shivering due to cold as winters still did not end yet..it was the season of pink winters. And holi -the fextival of colors was approaching. ..Maan wanted to go back but her sobs stopped him..she was blabbering something..He came near but words of geet were not clear to hear.

Maan was not sure about what to do..Should he wake her up and ask her to sleep in the bed or should he cover her with the blanket on the floor itself..But it was his love who forced him to pick her up and made her sleep in the bed.As he made her sleep in the bed his eyes fell on her arm where his finger prints were clearly visible and had turned blue.he took some ointment from the side drawer of the bed and applied on her arms. Geet winced with pain and maan whispered slowly-I m sorry geet for hurting you .He covered her with blanket and took yash's frame from her hand..and then he heard her-Please don't leave me.. Maan turned hearing her thinking as she was talking to him but she was in deep sleep I want to go with you ..please yash mujhe bhi le chaliye na apne saath..mujhe nahin rahna yahaan..

Maan felt a pang of pain in his heart to see her in that state. She was calling yash not him..He knew now that it was tough for Geet to come out of Yash's memories..He was little jealous for his own brother whom Geet still loves she still remembers him.

He decided something in his mind and left from there

He came out closing the door of her room and reached to his room...he came near the picture on the wall in which both brothers were smiling on each other-you are so lucky yash..I know you are watching whatever is happening here..Do youtoo think that I m wrong yash? Kya geet ke liye meri feelings galat hain ? I have decided now what I should do. I don't want to lose her as my friend ..agar uska pyar meri kismet me nahin hai to na sahi uski dosti ko nahin kho sakta main..uska pyaar pane ke chakkar me uski dosti aur uske vishwaas ko nahin kho sakta main..geet ke liye hi mujhe ye faisla lena hi padega..Yash was still smiling in the picture at maan..

He laid in his bed and tried to sleep.

Next day was Sunday.

Geet woke up in the morning and found herself in bed-how I came here..she was covered with duvet. Then said to herself-I remember I slept on the floor. Tumhara kya bharosa geet..sote hue bhi idhar udhar ghoomti rahti ho..aa gayi hogi need me yahaan..As she was getting out of her bed..she remembered her talks with Maan.

.She felt sad again.-kal Maan ne kitna Gussa kiya mere upar..she went to the washroom .She stood in front of mirror for brushing her teeth and she looked at the finger prints..Though they were not paining that much but were quite visible..

She came out of the washroom and selected a full sleeve dress as she did not want those marks to be seen by anyone in the family..

She came down and went in to the kitchen to see the preparations of breakfast..Suresh and his wife were there to make breakfast..

Maan was down and today his mission was how to solve the problem between him and Geet..He looked in to the kitchen..geet was there..He came in and coughed to gain her attention..Geet did not look at him even for a moment and kept on working..

Maan-Good morning Geet

But Geet was still silent.

Maan-geet actually I want tea..wo tumhaari special wali..tulsi adrak wali..

Geet-Suresh..chai bana do.

Suresh-Ji ? main?

.geet-kyun I taught you na how to make..so make that

Suresh was surprised to see them like this as he has never witnessed this silent treatment before-Ji bhabhi ,,and he took pan in his hand to make tea but Maan showed his eyes to him for not doing that and signaled him to go out of the kitchen.

Suresh was scared to see maan's angry glairs-Oh no..bhabhi actually mujhe yaad aaya ki taiji ne garam pani lane ko bole tha aur main bhool gaya.ab meri daant paegi..he also took his wife with him saying tujhe bhi to unhone sir me tel lagaane ke liye bola tha.. chal jaldi..khud bhi daant sunegi aur mujhe bhi sunwaayegi...yaad nahin dila sakti thi ki taiji ka kaam karna hai..and both escaped

Geet-Suresh chai to bana dete...

Maan -Wo chala gaya..he is scared of taiji..Geet ab to bana do ..

But she acted as she was not listening him.she kept on working

Maan -Theek hai main hi bana leta hoon..I know it will not taste as good as your's but no problem ..I will manage. And he started to make tea for himself. .Geet was looking from the corners of her eyes how he was making the tea..

Maan- Achchha geet isme tulsi pahle daalte hain ya cheeni? Ya phir tea leaves? I want to make it as perfectly as you make..warna maza nahin aayega..saying this he started to pour milk in the pan. Geet shook her head and snatched the pan from his hand and made tea for him ..She gave it to him..

Maan took a sip and said-wow.that is a perfect tea Thank...but Geet was out from there before he could complete his sentence.

Maan-Hmm lagta hai bahut naraaz hai..No problem mana lenge kuchh bhi karke..and he started to enjoy the tea and peeped in to the utensils to know what was in breakfast today...

All were on breakfast table geet was serving . Meena (suresh.s wife) was helping her in bringing breakfast from the kitchen. Priya was not feeling well so today she too joined all for the breakfast as Geet did not let her do the work.

Door bell rang and a servant opened the door..Anie was back from her trip.She came running toward all and hugged Geet-GM bhabhi how are you..

Ram-lo aa gayi geet ki partner..Geet smiled to hear that..

Anie-wow breakfast..I m so hungry..

Priy-Anie go and come after getting refreshed.

Anie-Ok maa abhi aati hoon..

Anie was back and joined all for breakfast.

Priya -how was your trip Anie..

Anie -it was very good maa..project me achchhe marks mil jaayenge.

Maan-Geet please pass the juice..and Geet kept the juice near him..without looking at him..

Maan took the juice and then again said-Actually I m not in the mood to have juice..Geet coffee milegi?

Geet poured some coffee in a mug and kept near him without uttering a word

After he took one or two sips from his cup-Maa wo aaj mujhe bhi aloo ka paratha khana hai dena to please.

Priya was sitting at the farthest chair from where she could not pass the paratha to him..she said-geet maan ko paratha dena zara.

Geet did as priya said

All noticed something different there..

Anie-is something strange today na..something is missing..

Priya-haan lagta to hai ..but samajh me nahin aa raha..

Anie looked here and there and her eyes met with Maan and Maan signaled at Geet and mouthed-Gussa hai ..

And Anie was like- What.. she leaned towards him,-Bhaiya kya hua..aapne kuchh kaha kya.

Maan -Hmm bas aise hi kale k chhoti si baat par jahgda ho gaya tha and..ab baat nahin kar rahi hai..I m trying from the morning but she is not talking to me..

Anie was so amused to see Geet not talking to Maan-aaj tak to aisa kabhi nahin hua

Priya-Arrey Geet why are you wearing this full sleep dress today..ab to itni sardi nahin hai

Geet was startled at this .for a moment she looked at Maan and said-Bas maa aise hi..Aaj mera mann kiya ye dress pahnne ka

Maan felt guilty of himself again as Geet hid the real reason behind wearing that dress.

Maan(ST) I know Geet that you don't want to show those marks of my fingers on your arm to any one..But you don't know that I have already seen those marks. I m really sorry.

Breakfast was over and Geet left for her room.Maan too ran behind her as he did not want leave this chance to solve the issue..

Taiji could understand to some extant that geet and Maan had some talks about that issue and Man did not agree but she knew that Geet will complete her tasks as maan can't ignore her..so she thought to wait for some time before talking to Geet..

Anie was surprised to see Maan behaving like this but she shrugged and went for some rest as she was here after an overnight journey..

Maan called geet from behind-Geet ruko ..

And Geet stopped..he came near her-Geet please..bahut hua ..I can't bear your silence any more now..I know Geet I said wrong .I should not have said that. But I was not in my correct state of mind and you said all that about Arpita bas mujhe gssa aa gaya aur maine wo sab kah diya.. dekho main sorry bol raha hoon na.. ab tum bhi gussa chhod do..

Geet-Main gussa nahin hoon Maan. I was just hurt to know that I don't have any right on you. .. Hum to ache dost the na phir gusse me aapne wo sab kaha to mujhe laga ki aap mujhe dost nahin maante .to maine bhi wo sab kah diya.. I m sorry too. Kal mujhe laga ki maine apna dost kho diya waise mujhe bhi wo sab nahin kahna chahiye tha.

Maan was relieved now- To tum gussa nahin ho

Geet shook her head-No

Maan -to subah se kya chal raha tha.

Geet-areey aap ne itna kuchh kaha aur main attitude bhi na dikhaaun? wo aapko ye bataane ke liye ki mujhe bhi bura lagta hai kabhi kabhi ..

Maan-Sorry..ab aisa dobara kabhi nahin hoga aur haan wo uske liye bhi sorry he pointed out her arms.

Geet was shocked-Aapko pata hai ? kaise?

Maan-Wo kal raat main aaya tha tumhaare room me sorry kahne ke liye but you were sleeping

Geet eyes were wide-That means you ...you put me on bed .and she felt embarrassed at this..-wo main bas yun hi main floor par so gayi thi..Thanks to put me there..but aap mujhe jaga bhi sakte the..

Maan-Haan but you were in deep sleep and were sobbing to that's why I didn't wake you up..

Geet-It's ok. But you have to promise me ..you will never say whatever you said today..I will too take care of that ki main aapke matters me interfere na karoon.

Maan -No Geet you have every right on me..Never think for a moment for asking for anything from me..

Geet smiled

Anie reached her room ,before going to sleep she wanted to talk to Rahul...She dialed his no..Rahul picked up in her few rings.

Rahul-Hii Anie..aa gayi meri yaad tumhen..I missed you..aur phone bhi nahin kiya tumne

Anie-sorry Rahul..we were too busy there.. Sorry for not calling you.

Rahul-No anie it's ok..aur kaho how was your trip? When didi you come back

Anie-In the morning it self..aur pata hai aaj yahaan aate hi kya dekha..Geet bhabhi Maan bhaiya se gussa hain..kal shayad unke beech kuchh jhagda hua tha..And today bhaiya is so desperate to talk to her.It looks like his world will stop if she doesn't talk to him..He is trying very hard to make her talk..He is running behind her every where...

And Rahul s expressions changed hearing that..Kya kaha tumne .maan is running behind her..sirf isliye ki Geet use baat nahin kar rahi hai.

Anie-haan..I too was very surprised to see that.Maan bhaiya kabhi kisi ko nahin manaate ..He likes to make everyone agree with him..He never pleads for anything..

Anie was talking and Rahul was not hearing her. His mind was trying to get the meaning of Anie's words.Thoug she was telling everything veru casually but Rahul could feel the unsaid meaning of her words..

Anie not getting a response-Rahul..Rahulll..are you there?

Rahul -Anie I will talk to you later..abhi kuchh kaam hai ..sorry and he cut the phone and after few seconds he was standing in front of his parents...

Geet was shocked-Really? Are you saying true..Kahin aap meri baat ko dil par lekar to ye faisla nahin le rahe hain na..

Maan-Nahin Geet tumhaari baat ko dil par lekar nahin but tumhaari baatko dil se sun kar aur samjh kar hi ye faisla le raha hoon.. I think yahi sabke liye theek rahega..Lekin meri ek shart hai

Geet-Ji ...shart.?.kaisi shart?

Maan-Geet ..whenever new relations come in our life old relations may get effected..But I want a promise from you..promise me that our relation will never change..I mean our friendship..kabhi kisi bhi zaroorat me ye kabhi mat sochna ki tum akeli ho..I m with you and be always with you..Promise me Geet..You will never think even for a moment for coming to me for anything..promise me..saying this he forwarded his hand towards her and Geet looked at him..

Maan-I still can change my decision

Geet hurriedly -Nahinnn..and she held his hand-Promise Maan ..I promise..Can I tell everyone about your decision?

Maan nodded-Yes

Geet-Main abhi aati hoon ...and she ran down again to tell everyone about his decision

Man watched her running-Shayad yahi sahi hai ..tumhaare liye bhi aur mere liye bhi..I don't want you to hear that crap mas I know you will not be able to bear that crap..If it was related to me only I could handle that well but here your name is involved too so can't take risk..And it is helping me indirectly.. .kam se kam roz roz ki kashmaksh se to free ho jaaunga and I will be only and only a loyal friend of you without any ill feeling..

He cleared the drop of the water from his eyes and moved towards the place where everyone was present..
