Dear CVs,

We need to talk. Maybe for the last time. But we seriously need to talk. Never mind if it's a one way conversation.

No, don't worry. I am not going to throw a volley of blames and accusations at you. You must have seen that enough. And just like one never blames a player for a bad game, I wouldn't 'blame' you for your mediocrity. I assume you had reasons, and yes, good ones for the mess we all are dealing with right now. But I seriously hope that you are aware that you managed to create a gem of a show. Doesn't matter if you have lost it, the important point is that YOU HAD A GEM.

Yes, not all dreams are fulfilled and not all stories reach their deserved closure. This bittersweet inevitability makes art all the more beautiful. So, yes not all your cards were played well, and not all your aces revealed. Yet, YOU HAD A GEM.

I just finished a re-run of some of my favorite moments of the show, and can confidently conclude that you deserve an applause for at least leading us in, never mind the fact that you abandoned us mid way. For you made us care. For fictional characters and their fictional tragedies. We felt a lump in our throats to see a hardened cop breaking down in the solitude of the night. We felt the warmth in his interactions with his team, we felt the pang of a lost friendship, the innocence of a first love, the devastation of a tragedy.

Yes, it would have been nice if you could have notified the last appearance of such priceless moments scattered over the episodes. For honestly, both you and I know that it has been quite some time since they occurred.

And when I toss the depths of my heart, I know that the show had ended quite a long time ago. Our love and attachment blinded us from admitting this, but I am sure you know that this was on a life support. And it is best to end the prolonged suffering. Thus, no regrets, no grief.

Just a parting note, if possible complete the over arching story of the show. We invested in his search, his revenge and redemption. It would be nice to see him finally end this haunting quest of his. However, no compulsions. For you know, even this had lost significance long ago. But then YOU HAD A GEM.

That is the tragedy.

Anyways, wishing you and your team all the luck!

Goodbye!

Couldn't have written it better dude
and you are right...it was on life support..it had ended a long time ago but it was the love that blinded us to keep hoping I guess...We knew it deep inside yet we didn't want to accept it.
Seriously this a great letter

I am honestly done bashing this show. But one thing for sure they had a gem as u said but they didn't use it properly. Never mind hopefully they will show the main story...sikandar...in the last 3 epis.

Goodbye sadhana. Hopefully will see you somewhere else in IF

So well said!

They had a gem! Which they chose to keep uncut, unpolished, allowing its shine to fade, letting a patina of mediocrity wrap over it. Why, only they would know best and at this point I tell them to keep their secret safely with themselves because I do not care anymore.

I can't bring my self to berate them as you said they gave me this beautiful enigma called Arjun to figure out for the rest of my life. They gave me that happy go lucky but incredibly talented young lad Shaleen Malhotra to adore for as long as I live.

I am disappointed though. Why would they do this? Has "saving the best for the last" made them lose the "best" forever? What exactly stopped Gorky and his team from writing out a few scenes of his personal life and have the actors enact them? They have been in the business for the longest time. They have created some of the iconic couples in the entertainment industry. They knew how to do it. What kept him back?

Anyways...Until next time then...
