I guess the starting "the fact that" is what's confusing you since I used it as a manner of speaking as opposed to quoting hard facts. I need to be more careful about my wording next time.

I have also fought quiet a lot of mini wars on alexander here...so its not like alex fans take all criticism and dont defend at all.

The word overshadow is used in a qualitative sense not quantitative. There are no statistics involved because this word is used to refer to how things appear or the impression that people have, so of course I was talking about my opinion of the effect of Alexander's screen time appearances and not stating facts. I haven't done a poll of viewer opinion or something.

okay so you said alexander overpowers porus in the show...iska kya matlab bana...???...kyonki its porus who is doing all good acts and alexander is being painted black..okay ..getting it now...i did got that the word was being used in qualitative sense ...because 20% was being preferred over 80%...so basically you feel alexander ki story is show mein porus se better likhi gayi hain...thats what you wanted to say...you wished porus ki story ache se likhi jaati...i am just hoping that now i am on right path at guessing what you mean. So i agree ki porus ki story jyada ache se likhi jaa sakti thi but i disagree ki alexander ki better likhi gayi hain ya alex ki story overpowers on porus story. Sorry for misinterpreting the meaning of your words...i became so blind to read the word titular character as laksh.. ...i would be more careful next time. And thank you for agreeing me with me on the point that what you stated was an openion and not a fact.

I still think Rati has enough skill and talent to get a variety of roles even after playing a mother here, especially since she's playing a warrior queen here more than just a K3G type of mother. Her concern is understandable but I'm confident SidT as well as other PHs will definitely cast her in other roles after watching her performances as Anusuya.

Sameksha has been working in the South film industry so I guess she's already done various roles. I haven't watched her anywhere except this show. I don't know if she's concerned about being typecast because she's not a warrior queen even and there is mostly focus on her maternal side where Alexander is concerned. Maybe she is. I haven't watched many interviews of hers so I have no idea.

Its qiiet evident and this thing doesnt just exist in tellywood...the same happens in bollywood too. Girls face a lot...20 year girls are paired with 50 year actors...and 50 year actresses are taken for just mother roles ...Rati di basically has taken quiet a big break after hitler didi and that basically has costed her a lot. I just hope she gets something good after this...and chocolates in your mouth for saying such sweet things for her. Oh sameeksha is a movie actress too...i dint knew about that...that girl did two shows and music videos parallel to porus...and still manages her scenes nicely...thumbs up to her.

As for Alexander, I both defend and criticize his actions, especially the unnecessary cruelty and we've been saying lately. I defended his reasoning behind wanting to take revenge on Chanakya for the insult and betrayal, but I criticized the choice of punishment via the bull.

Sure you can defend whoever you want but as always I will continue to try and stick to referring to Anusuya only in terms of episode reviews and not analyzing the character.

i am glad to hear that its not just because of me that you stop yourself from writing about anusuya. Trust me its not like that i have always defended anusuya ...i have criticized her tooo when required...but basically she is a white character and thus doesnt does things which i will stand against...so its mostly the defence. Ya ...even i dont feel like analyzing alexander character...its difference of preferances which is completely okay.
