This is the kind of thing Russian fans are saying about Rohit:

He is a perfect actor ... I have no words...(
I'm still watching Turkish TV series .), and
I'm torn between Turkey and India...but ...Rohit...
he is a genius in acting and i want to write it on Twitter.

Also:

Rohit is actor who can show a lot to the audience,
but he was not given such a possibility...And it's too bad. I started watching the show, too, because of participating in the show of this actor-Rohit Purohit.
He is very talented!
I love the scenes with him and the way he can represent his hero,
but this series is engaged and fantastic with its absurdity.

I feel so proud hearing all this about him! 👏

Vaishnavi, after interacting with the Russian fans I feel like my attempts are nothing. See how much effort they put into translating the show, analyzing it, and doing all the background research to understand the cultural context. Though I'm sure from their comments that they are getting confused as to what kind of Bharati sanskriti is actually being shown and most of them are displeased with the writers for what they have done to the show! So we're not the only ones feeling that way!

All of these efforts to just witness the performances of the brilliant actors! I am also glad to know that they are displeased with the portrayal of Indian culture because that ensures the image which India has in front of the world remains untarnished and intact.SidT has tried hard to glorify us but he has kind of over done that and things seem contrary to what he wants to show with the insertion of weird tracks. 😆

Tell us more, what interests them the most, which actors they admire and what they think of the sanskari Apahran of Olympias 😆 and most importantly what they all like about Rohit???!!! I mean while they are busy in translating and understanding what he says,😆 have they paid attention to what he does with his eyes and have they noticed the nuances in his act ⭐️

Oh yes they have, which is why they are unhappy about him not getting enough scope to show his acting skills. They also find Olmypias very talented.

Many of them have already watched the CGM show with Ashish Sharma so they are familiar with Chanakya and they cannot accept the one on this show easily and the way his character has been ruined!

As for translating the show, the person who has been doing has said earlier today that it would not be done as promptly anymore because the story has taken such a turn that they are not motivated to put in this much effort. They are no longer convinced by what is being show, I guess. What a shame!

A shame?? Why, I think it is a blessing! They will be spared all the tripe, and they can concentrate on looking at Alexander and supply the lines themselves.

By the way, kids, I have been meaning to tell you this for quite a while now.

A dialogue is a conversation between two people. The word is not used for anything said by a single person on his or her own.

That is a monologue, which is what most of Puru's bhashans are. If you don't want to say monologue, say lines. Not dialogue. I know that most folk here say dialogue, but then their grasp of the language is, to say the least, shaky.

Reverting to the Russians, they are invariably very proud of their classics - Tolstoy, Chekov, Dostoevsky, Turgenev et al - and are very well up in them. I have not served in the Soviet Union, or in Russia after 1992, but I have any number of colleagues who are

Russian experts. They always told me that the Russians could not tolerate ANY distortion in the presentation of their classics on the stage or the screen. They are also serious viewers, not the flippant type.

So, having got a fair idea of pre-Mauryan history from the 2012 Chandragupta Maurya ( I wish they would make an effort and watch the 47 episode 1990 Chanakya of Chandraprakash Dwivedi, which is the best serial on the period made so far), they must be disgusted at the gross distortions introduced by SidT

So, as I said in the beginning, they are better off without any more translations.
