Time to be frank. Porus is loosing its sheen within a matter of 2 weeks. Yesterdays episode with Porus's entry seemed like a bollywood hero entry, very unrealistic.

And now the channel has released a new promo about Alexander's entry on 21st December. So we have to watch this Pauravrashtra-Dasyu stuff for 6 more days??

Why are the makers ignoring Macedonia storyline? Olympia's antics, Olly-Philly's war of words and Alexander's upbringing do form a interesting storyline. This is the first time that foreign culture is being shown on Indian TV, but cv's want to only focus on indian history. Ab hum pak gaye hai! Every historical indian show is showing indian story( real or masala marke), director had opportunity to also showcase Macedonian history, but they are not grabbing this opportunity. Keep doing this, trp will go down week by week.

They will definitely show the Macedonian part. This is 260-episode series & it has just started. So the makers need to show something as filler to drag it to one year. I guess that's why they are showing this Paurav-Dasyu stuff. We need to wait more.

They will show Macedonia of course since its Alexander's journey too along with Porus.However they need to show some drama along with additional tracks to carry on till 260 episodes.They cannot show everything right away.

Its an indian show first of all...toh indian style se hi hoga. Moreover the show is titled porus...ab titular role ka dhang se introduction toh karenge hi. They cant just skip it and show alexander side. First they show puru bond with brother...than with dad...than with queen...and tomorrow with love of his life. They are introducing him...it should take time...rushing will never let audience to connect to the show. Its a 260 epi series...kal hi ekdam war nahi dikha sakte. And the show will be covering alexander story is what has been said...porus story will ofcourse get more importance as its his story which hasnt been revealed...alexander ki toh almost sab jaante hi hain. They will definitely cover it but not like the way they will cover porus. And one more thing...this show is made to show hamari history...bharat ki...its all about bharat...makers consider showing their country history a great chance and have just included greece because alexander was born there. This show isnt made to highlight greece culture. This is about porus...greece isiliye hain yahan kyonki alexander jisko porus ne bharat se khali haath wapis bheja tha...uska janam greece mein hua. Greece is not that important as bharat, not the other way round.

I feel the pace of the story is decent enough, however this is porus's story and about entry being like a bollywood style well i believe the makers had clarified that show even though happens to be a historical got its presentation inspired from a blockbuster indian movie so this was expected... they will show Alexander's story but sorry to say, porus is the one to get prioritised here not alexander.

Nope. Porus lost. Alexander returned because his troops were getting uncooperative. They were tired and wanted to return home to their families.

@SweetRogue,yes Porus did lose but the victory at the Battle Of Hydaspas came at a heavy price for Alexander.He lost half of his army and his resources were exhausted in that battle.

So Porus despite losing did contribute to Alexander's retreat from India.

That Khaali Haath Lautaya Tha refers to that
