May 14 (Mon):
Episode 180

Continued from Friday. Indu tells her husband to take her for treatment immediately as she is afraid that she might loose her memory again and leave the house. Ram is at a loss for words and Indu leaves him and goes inside.

Next morning, Ram gets ready for office and Indu once again tells him to take her to the hospital. She asks him to wait as she has some work to do and then will change and follow him. Ram tries to tell her to wait but Indu will hear it and goes inside. Ram stands there thinking and Deena comes to him and asks if Indu is pestering him to take her to the hospital. He warns Ram that if Indu is taken to the hospital, the doctors will do a thorough check-up and then Surya will emerge and will recognize him. He will not allow that to happen and threatens Ram that is Surya exposes him, his sister Sneha's life will be ruined. this idiot Ram is so selfish that he can't see or think about others except his family. Deena then tells Ram to make an excuse and not take Indu to the hospital and leaves.

Ram's parents are talking and Indu gives them coffee. Ram is ready to go to the office and begins to leave. Indu tells him to wait as she too is following him to the hospital. Both parents want to know why and Indu says she wants to seek treatment for her amnesia. The parents agree and tell Ram to take her. Ram gets angry and tells her he will not take her to the hospital. Ram's parents and Indu are shocked at his refusal. Ram's father ask what he is afrai of and Ram says that he is afraid that it will harm the unborn child. Indu tells him that it is harmful only if she doesn't take any treatment and that the mother carrying the child knows if the baby is healthy or not. Ram tells Indu that he is not taking her to the hospital and that is final and leaves. Indu is upset and tells her in-laws that non one know the life she is living now and that Ram is indifferent to her and doesn't understand her at all and goes to her room crying.

Deena calls Sneha and asks her to hurry as he is already late. Sneha comes with his bag and hand it over to him and they leave. Indu comes down the stairs watching this and seeing Deena stops to think.

Nandhini's mother goes to Swarna's house. She is stopped by Swarna's adiyal and I presume her secretary. They ask her what she is doing there and Nandihi's mom says she has come looking for adaikalam as there is nowhere else for the to go as Nandhini has chased her out. Both the man and lady laugh at her and say that it is not a chatiram and pushes her out. nandhini's mom falls down and is picked up by Swarna. Swarna asks the lady what she is doing there and is told that Nandhini had kicked her mother out and has come here asking for adaikalam. They tell Swarna not to believe her but Swarna says when people come for help, they should be nice to them eventhough they are unable to extend help. She takes the old lady in. Nandhini's mom tells her not to send her out after a meal and she really has no where to go and is unable to work for a leaving. She requests that warna allows her to stay in her house and keep her as servant. Swarna says okay.

Both Swarna's assistants tell her not to fall for the old lady's sob story and she may have been sent by Velu to spy on her. Swarna tells them that she knows very well about Velu as he is a relative of her, actually her cousin (Anna - citappa's son). Then a flashback: A YOUNGER SWARNA IN SALWAR!

Swarna is talking to her boyfriend. Swarna tells her BF that her father is very status concious and will not agree to their marriage as he comes from a middle class family. The boyfriend then says they can run away and get married but to live need money. He tells Swarna that he knows she will take money from her father but he is a man with self respect as will not accept. He pretends to think and says, for them to start a business he will need money and ass her if she can get 5 lakhs. Swarna asks why 5 lakhs and is told that to start a good business he needs that much money and it will allow him to keep her like a queen. Swarna tells him she will get the money.

Swarna's father is on the swing reading newspaper. Swarna comes to him and ask for money. Father tells her to get it from his wallet. Swarna says she needs much more and the money in his wallet won't be enough. He asks how much ad Swarna says 5 lakhs. Her father wants to why so much and Swarna lies to him saying she wis taking her friends to Malaysia for holiday and she is taking care of all their expenses and also has promised to donate a substantial amount to the Indian Organization there. Her father tells her to go tell Velu and if he agrees, she will get the money. Swarna gets angry and says she is asking her father and why should she ask Velu. Her father says Velu is taking care of all his accounts and knows what is right and wrong and tells he to ask Velu and leaves. Swarna is angry and thinks. THODARUM.

Episode 181............SWARNA'S FLASHBACK CONTINUES...

Continued from yesterday. Swarna goes to Thangavelu who is looking at accounts with the Manager. Swarna asks Velu for 5 Lakhs but he refuses. Swarna tells him that she has already told her father about the money and insists he gives to her but he tells her no and she leaves in anger. The Manager who was silently watching this exchange of words between Velu and Swarna, takes the opportunity to add fuel to fire. He goes to Swarna and tells her that Vely is the servant and she being the boss hasd to beg for money from Velu. Swarna also feels that she has been insulted. The Manager then tells Swarna to be careful, otherwise Velu might get all her father's sothu and leaves.

Swarna goes to her fathers room, find the keys to the cupboard and takes out some files. She then looks through the files. Her father comes there and watches silently for a moment and then asks what she is looking for. Swarna is loss for words. Her father then says if she is looking for ber birth certificate, it is in her room. Then he says that all his wealth are under her name only except the house which he had given to Velu. Her father then asks if her boyfriend asks her to see how much wealth she has. He tells her to forget her boyfriend and tells her that he has arranged for her to wed Ukiramoorthy whom he says is a good man. He says the wedding is set for tomorrow and she better be rady otherwise all the wealth would be donated and he will not live. Swarna is unableto o anything.

Next morning, Swarna is holding the 'Thali' and staring at it in anger and tears. Velu comes there and tells her that Ukiramoorthy is a good man and she should forget her past and live happily hereafter. He also tells her that her boyfriend is in jail as he had cheated many women. Another shock for Swarna. Velu tells her that he is her well wisher and only wants the best for her and to take him as a friend and leaves.

Velu goes down and sits in the living. Swarna watches him in anger. Her main comes there with coffee and Swarna after taking the coffee asks the maid for a favor - all the time looking at Velu. The maid ask what favor is asked of her and Swarna says will tell her later.

Swarna comes down with some money and gives to Velu ad tells him to give to the maid. Velu asks why and Swarna says, the maid is in difficulty and asked for help. Velu says it is not right for the maid to go to her for money but should come to him or her father. Swarna tells him that being a women the maid would have felt more comfortable asking her for favor. Velu says to make this the last time and for Swarna not to repeat this kind of thing again.

Velu takes the money and goes looking for the maid. The maid comes out and Velu gives her the money. Swarna bring her father down and the maid seeing this changes her tone and asks Velu why is doing this drogam to her. Velu is surprised ask what she is talking about and she runs to the boss saying that Velu had cheated her and now giving her money to shut her up. She also says that sheis now pregnant with Velu's child. Swarna tells her father tht he had trusted a drogi who is there to cheat him of his wealth. Swarna's father is so angry and tells Velu to get out. Velu is shocked. THODARUM.
