Thanks Simi. I also dont watch regularly. anandham is the only serial I watch regularly. Occasionally.,Muhurtham and Malargal. For me (Singapore), Selvi comes at 12 midnight and I record it to see on weekends. So mostly I will see the thursday and friday episodes which seems fair enough to track the story.

Ok, now the update so far.
Selvi's dad who is in "Maruvazhvu" sangam to recover from the liquor addiction escapes from there with one of his friends and visits his house (I mean, the house given by Thamarai's dad to Latha and family). There, he sees that his younger son removes and throws his photo to dustbin as he could not find any other good place to hand the wall clock. Shocked by that , he went into crying whole night to be seen by his family members including selvi on the next morning. He tells and says he is good now, and he stopped drinking. His friend who accompanied him also supports him. Selvi says "then stay in hospital till doctor gets the confident on your health and habit". then he requests that he will stay in house till the diwali as it is Selvi's thalai deepavali and latha also recommends for that. So Selvi says ok.

GJ invites malar and her husband to join the deepavali celebration. Talking talking, they end up in arguments and fight starts. Meanwhile, malar's husband starts fire cracker and the bomb finally blasts on Malar's husband. He dies.

Malar's inlaws demands that they tortured him and made him to die, literally they killed him. They will sue a case and take malar with them. Selvi makes a good piece of acting and dialogue here. She says "You sent your son and DIL to extract more money from us. Your son tortured malar throughout to the extent that he sold one of his own daughters. Always, created problems at home. Now you feel sad for your DIL and wants to take her with you, is it? No need, we know what to do with our daughter. You can carry on and go back. Otherwise I will put a complaint on you saying you tortured malar for dowry and sent her back to mother's house". Inlaws seem to be little scared.

Malar now started the usual funda..not eating and saying she lost her life.. So stupid. I felt extremely thrilled that her husband is no more. Really a irritating and boneless character.

Malar, annoyingly, tells the police people that her family members never liked her husband and they always have something or the other to complain or torture over him. She also adds that she could suspect them having done some soozhchi to trap her husband.

On her statement, they goes to enquire about Selvi in her house where Ranjani adds fire to the issue. Police takes Selvi and her youngest brother to station for enquiry.

Ranjani goes to Maya and tells she is against selvi and hates her but she is in noway willing to commit a murder. She does not feel comfortable to see murders. Maya shouts at her saying she should not speak like that for which she apologises finally.

GJ visits Thamarai (in Thamarai's parents house). He asks the kids, do you remember me ? for fun. Shockingly, Thamarai replies for that saying "I remember everything"..but soon she goes back to her blank looks.

That is the update. 😊

The police enquires and leaves Selvi and co. Now a new twist has started in the family. Amar, who is the son of Selvi's dad's partner is weaving a trap for GJ's youngest sister (I forgot her name). Surprisingly, he happens to a distant relative (sister -brother) to Maya. When they meet, Amar and his dad exchange info on how they cheated Selvi's dad and took away all money with pride. Now he says he will not let Selvi live happily anytime. So they decided to trap the youngest sister (as ranjani is already married,and she is in their hands as such) and amar goes for that.

Amar pretends to her that he is very poor, son of a mother who nourished him by selling papads bla bla. She naturally falls for him (Natural , I mean, according to the story line) and invites him to come and fix the marriage with mother. Selvi says if she really loves him, she will support the marriage and convince everyone. The sister-inlaw is moved by this gesture and thanks her caling anni the first time in the serial. But Selvi says she cannot stay for engagement (if that happens during ponnu parkum padalam) as the 16 days kariyam of malar's husband is not over and she leaves to her mother;s place.

Shiva sees Amar and Selvi's sil in bike and informs this to Selvi immediately that it was Amar with whom your sil was roaming. Selvi and Shiva smells that something wrong and rushes to GJ's house.

At GJ's house, Amar comes first followed by Maya , her brother and couple of people carrying thamboola thattu and some seer. All are shocked. Maya says the relation between our 2 families is lost becoz of one marriage, and now we are happy that our distant relative/brother's marriage with this house's girl will amend that. Everyone including the lover-girl is shocked. Now selvi arrives with Shiva shouting "Niruthunga"....and walks towards them. Screen freezes. 😊

Episode 214 (11-23-05 Wednesday update)

Dancing Club –

Amar is dancing in a night club. He gets a call and goes out to attend the call, but can't hear anything and at that time he sees Pooja and disconnects the line and follows here. He goes closer to Pooja and tell her he wants to talk to her. She says there is nothing to talk, u r a cheat. He says he really loves her and he put up that vesham for impressing her that's it. Pooja is not ready to listen to him. She says whatever Selvi anni told was true, if not why was he was quite at that time of engagement when Selvi was revealing about his family and all the injustice done to Selvi's family. Amar says she has totally mistaken him and that situation was different and Selvi is lying. Pooja doesn't want to listen and says Selvi saved me or else if I would have married u, I would have regretted and moreover u didn't say that u were related to Maya. Amar says u have understood everything wrong, he came new to this city and never knew Maya has problem with GJ's family. Pooja still doesn't believe him. Amar inorder to prove his love, he breaks a bottle with his hands and gets his palm cut and blood is oozing and grabs pooja and hugs her and tell her he loves her.

Scene 2

Police come to investigate and meet one lady who knows Kanaga. This lady tells him that she has quit all 420 jobs and now she is doing only straight forwards job and earning for her family. He requests her to come to station to help him find out details about kanaga. That lady is scared if she will be put in jail again, but the police officer says nothing like that this time we need yr help to find some details.

Pooja is strolling on her terrace. Ranjani comes and ask her what's wrong and why is her finger bleeding. She says she did it on purpose as that guy broke bottle and his hands was bleeding. Ranjani is happy to hear that pooja is still in love for Amar. Ranjani to pour some more oil tells her that now that Amar will not hesitate to cut his own head if he doesn't get you. Pooja says nothing like that will happen after all he is a fraud. Ranjani continues saying I can see u still love him and that is why only u cut your finger to see how it feels and pains and now u r saying u r not in love with him. Ranjani says now just go ahead and marry him. Pooja refuses but Ranjani forces it out from Pooja mouth that she loves Amar. Ranjani says atleast to defeat Selvi u should marry Amar. Pooja asks Ranjani why she has so much hatred towards Selvi. Ranjani says because she had nothing and now enjoying all the happiness and wealth which belongs to them. Ranjani says only if we get along together we can defeat her. Pooja now agrees to marry Amar. But Pooja is hesitant because she insulted Amar in front of so many people now how to tell she is ready, and so Ranjani gives her an idea to run away. Pooja is shocked but Ranjani is firm.

Scene 3

Police officer puts this lady in jail for few days so that she can meet Kanaga in jail and get some details. This lady tells some story to Kanaga and that is why she is in jail, and this lady asks Kanaga why she is in jail. Kanaga then tells all the truth about Maya and how she told to put acid on selvi as she hates Selvi to death. Kanaga is all frustrated and tells this lady that she will not leave in Maya as she is a devil. Kanaga also confirms that Selvi is innocent in all the cases and this Maya will rest in peace only if she kills Selvi.

Amar comes to meet Pooja and cries that his hand is septic and is paining but he came only because she called him. Amar says that doctor has told he might need an operation. Pooja holds his shirt and asks him why he started loving her. Amar says he really loves her. Pooja also agrees that she loves him now. She tells Amar that she hates people who lie and never accepted defeat in life and that are why she never came closer to men. But now, she has failed and she really loves him. Amar tells she has not failed. Pooja clearly warns him that this is the last time she is forgiving him but in future if she find he is cheating on her then she will kill him.

Tuesday update - 11-29-05

Thamarai asks Selvi if she is married. As usual Selvi has kozakattai
in her mouth and is mum. GJ is getting tensed but replies saying,
her husband left her. Thamarai is shocked but GJ says her husband
left her after one week of her wedding on business trip. Selvi is
shocked to hear this now. But Thamarai feels that Selvi also got a
husband like her who is into business,business and not taking care
of his family. Thamarai tells Selvi we r so close freinds and we
have chosen husband's also who has so much similarity and takes
Selvi inside as she wanted to talk a lot to her. Selvi looks back at
GJ thinking why he didn't tell Thamarai the truth.

Selvi meets GJ and asks him why he couldn't reveal the truth. As it
is she was living with such a big stone in her heart that she is
unable to tell the truth to Thamarai but now when she wants to tell
the truth again you all r stopping me. Selvi continues saying she
can't live like this and these things can not be hidden. Thamarai's
dad pleads sElvi to keep quite and help him out one last time and if
anything happens to Selvi he has his shoulders for her. Then
Ranjani's husband comes forward and tells Selvi that they r not able
to tell Thamarai the truth because of her heart problem so, please
cooperate and take care of Thamarai. selvi is crying.

Ranjani comes to Maya's house and tells them that Thamarai anni has
promised to get Amar and Pooja married. Maya and YO-YO are happy to
hear it. Amar then tells he is happy that Selvi will be defeated if
he marries Selvi. But Ranjani says not be happy about that because
her Anni thinks Selvi as a God so, if Selvi says NO still there is a
possibility that the wedding will be stopped. Maya then asks does
Thamarai know about GJ and sElvi's marraige. Ranjani says NO, as
doctor has advised not to give any shock to Anni due to her heart
problems. Maya looks happy hearing this.

Thamarai's kids are waiting on the dinnign tabe for breakfast to be
served. GJ walks in and asks why they r not having breakfast. Kids
tell now since amma is ok she will follow amma's rule that thr whole
fmaily we ave breakfast together. Thamarai comes in and serves
breakfast and the whole family is very happy. GJ and Thamarai are
feeding each other and enjoying while Selvi watches this whole drama
by the front door. GJ's dad walks in and sees selvi standing at the
door step and not going on and tells Selvi that he is aware of his
sadness. Selvi says she is not sad but happy for Thamrai and at no
cost she will come in between her happiness. GJ's dad then walks
inside with Selvi and Thamrai invites her for breakfast and serves
her breakfast. Thamrai goes in to get something and Selvi is
starring at GJ.

Episode 223 (12-06-05 Tuesday update)

Scene 1

May brings Amar as is some "Ponnu Parkal" ceremony is going on. She brings Amar like that. Amar immediately falls down at Thamarai's and GJ's feet and Thamarai is all pleased by his action ands tells GJ that she has not seen such a respectful boy. She is all praise for Amar and Amar is giving this sly look (the YO-YO rap is too good when they show Amar).Thamarai then tells GJ that they have bought up Amar is a very nice way and she is totally impressed and GJ doesn't know what to say. Then Thamarai tells Douglas that she is very straight forward and she has come today without informing them just to see how their house is and how the people are around here. (Background Maya is flirting with GJ, back of Thamarai). Then Douglas says ok so she has come to check on them. She says no nothing like that. But Douglas tells her that if she would have informed them her welcome would have been more grand. Just then Bala's wife brings in coffee for all of them. Thamarai offers coffee to GJ. Then Thamarai asks the lady who brings coffee what is her name and she replies Deepika and her husband has gone on some business trip. Then Maya introduces herself to Thamarai saying she is Maya and Thamarai told her dad already told that. Then Thamarai asks Maya what does her husband do? Everyone is silent and she asks Maya if she ask anything wrong. Douglas then tells she is not yet married. Thamarai tells why? What's wrong with her? She is so pretty and she has all the money and status then why? Douglas says she had got a very good alliance but it didn't last. Thamarai is surprised and asks what happened. Douglas tells on the wedding day right at the time when that boy was going to tie Thali on my daughters neck he backed out and killed all of us. Douglas uses all kind of bad words to describe that boy. GJ is staring and listening to all these conversation.
Douglas asks Thamarai who will a girl feel after such an incident but still Maya hides all her feelings and always has a smile on her face. Thamarai consoles Douglas and tells Maya that she will get a better alliance. Thamarai then tells Maya that the boy who did this will never live in peace and will suffer for sure for ruining a girl's life. Thamarai curses that boy. Thamarai then tells GJ how come there are boys like this around and tells him that if she was in Maya's place she would have chopped that boy's hand there itself. On hearing this GJ chokes and Maya orders some water.

Scene 2

Douglas then calls Thamarai inside and she has been standing outside and talking all this while and takes them in and GJ ask her to go and he will come later (why does he do that). Maya then goes near GJ and he tells her to go away and not create a scene here. Maya then tells GJ that "look at your state now, I made your own wife curse you, right now if I go and make u stand by her and tell this is the same boy who spoiled my life, what will she do?" GJ requests her not to do so. Maya then continues saying that did he notice the words Thamarai told, "saying she will chop that boy's hands who ties Thali to some other girl when his first wife is alive" GJ doesn't know what to say. Maya then continues saying if I go and tell Thamarai that her husband is the boy who has married her own friend then what will be Thamrai's reaction. She will collapse and die. Maya continues saying that after Thamarai dies then that place is her right and she will come for sure and no one can do anything about it. GJ is very tensed and Maya touches him and flirts with him a bit and leaves.

Ranjani's husband (Satya) is coming to Selvi's house to talk about Pooja' s wedding. He tells her that after Thamarai gave permission for the Amar alliance she had gone to their house yesterday and fixed everything. Selvi tells Satya she will talk to GJ, then Satya tells that there is no use and he also went yesterday to talk to them. Selvi is surprised. Satya then request Selvi to talk to Thamarai. Thangam comes in between and asks what r they talking about. Selvi tries to tell lie but Thangam doesn't listen and tells Satya to give some peace to selvi and try to solve Selvi's life and not bring more problems. Thangam leaves and Selvi tells sorry to Satya but he doesn't care for Thangam' s words. Satya then feels what Thangam told was right and why should selvi interfere in these matter. Selvi tells no that is not the question, she would like to think and try to do something. Satya leaves.

Scene 3

Ranjani is playing with her bangles and Satya is doing his laundry. Ranjani laughs for no reason to attract Satya. Then Satya asks is she day dreaming. Ranjani tells why should she day dream all her dreams are going to be fulfilled soon. Satya then tells her that very soon there is going to be an end of all these issues. Ranjani tells her dreams have only begun. Satya says she is right, just now her 71/2 Shani has started, and he will drive away that Shani. Ranjani says who? Will he drive her away and laughs. Ranjani continues saying "did he see she drove someone away from this house" and she is joining with Maya as sambhandi will all her Anni's support. Satya then explains to Ranjani saying, Selvi at least has a tendency to forgive people but Thamarai is not like that, if she comes to know the truth about Amar's family then first Ranjani will be out of this house and also he asks Ranjani if she feels that Thamarai will go ahead without Selvi's consent for this wedding. Ranjani says how what will she do, we have 1000 ways to get this wedding done and u all have only 1 way to stop. Satya taunts Ranjani says yes he knows she has 1000 ways to get things done. Ranjani then starts shouting at him saying what has she done and forces him to tell what is wrong? Satya doesn't tell it out but when they r arguing Thamarai walks in. Thamarai asks what's going on? Ranjani manages the situation. Thamarai then asks Ranjani why r staying in the outhouse. Ranjani immediately replies thank god u at least asked now, this is all because of yr friend. Thamarai ask which friend and Satya tells it is because of him, as he is Thamrai's friend. Thamarai still questions what is their problem in staying with them. Ranjani is happy that someone is asking to know all the problems going on in this house. Satya tells this is all because of Ranjani as she keeps taunting him that he is Ghar Jamai and so he decided to stay here, god knows what is in store for him tomorrow. Thamarai then makes Ranjani understand that she should speak properly looking at the situation and respect others. Thamarai tries to make Satya understand that Ranjani is nice though she is rough at times. She then tells Satya if he respects her words they should come and stay with them from now on and forces him and takes them with her. Ranjani is happy and shows sign of relief.

Episode 228 (12-12-05 Tuesday update)

Scene 1

Niranjan refuses to go in to see his akka as he doesn't want to see his MAMA (GJ). So, he tells his girlfriend to go and bring Selvi akka outside. She goes in while Ranjani is talking to one of her friend over the phone to come for the engagement party. Niranjan's girlfriend walks in and is stopped by Ranjani and Ranjani questions her who she is? She tells she is a far relative and wants to met her. Ranjani smells something is wrong and doesn't tell anything about Selvi. But that girl insists and Ranjani tells she is not here as she has gone to her mom's place for some function? She asks what function and Ranjani tells "Vallaikappu" for her sister. She is happy to hear and asks the address and Ranjani tells No 19 near Besant Nagar depot. Girlfriend walks out and tells Niranjan this good news and he tells since he missed her wedding now he will really make his sister happy but giving her all the gifts and give his family a big surprise.

Scene 2

Engagement function is still going on and GJ's dad tells Andavar lingam (AL) that if we talk what needs to be done, we can exchange the plates. AL then starts saying u may give whatever u wish like but still this is a prestige issue, so make sure u give 500 tholas of gold, some land worth laks, 4 Benz cars, and then 25 crores in my sons's bank account. Everyone is shocked hearing this and GJ then tells Pooja see what have u done, look at these people. They want us to give away everything, and then we will go and leave in "Shatram". AL then tells we don't want anything don't worry we want only Poonu (girl) not Ponnu(Gold). AL then asks Ranjani if she was shocked. Then everyone is exchanging talk about AL's status and how much money he has so he doesn't need anything. Then finally GJ tells let us exchange the plates before the good time runs out. Everyone walks in. While Ranjani is walking she overhears 2 ladies talking about hoe selvi tried to stop this wedding and today Thamarai is making sure this engagement takes place. They continue saying these people might have not told about this to Thamarai and at that time Ranjani walks in between their conversation and stops them and tells them to proceed to the function. Then, they exchange plate and the engagement is over without any problem.

Scene 3

Everyone is dressing Malar up like a bride. (I think they dress and then remove everything). What a torture. Niranjan is walking with his girlfriend thinking how he saw Malar's wedding hiding. His girlfriend then asks Niranjan why is he sad, they r going only for a good thing. He tells he is sad because he saw the wedding hiding and now this nice function also he has to see hiding only. His GF is surprised to see his love for his family and raises him for his affection towards his family. Niranjan continues telling her that he is so excited to see his whole family after so many days. GF then asks if he has the same amount of love for her he tells ofcourse and gives some Pondatti Thathuvam (I didn't get that point). Then GF reminds him that they have too buy things for the function.
Malar's function is going on and everyone is crying. Madhu is given the duty of holding her kids. Couple of widow then take Malar in. Niranjan is buying flowers for Malar and at that time they show those widows taking poo from Malar's hair. Then Niranjan is in bangle shop, and they show Malar breaking her bangles, Then he buys some Kumkum and they show wiping Malar's kumkuma away. Then finally saree, Niranjan buys saree red color, and walking towards his house. Girl friend tells him how happy everyone at home will be to see him. Finally they arrive at their house and Niranjan opens the gate and walks in.

Episode 233 (12-20-05 Tuesday update)

Scene 1

Scene starts with Selvi explaining to Niranjan to use his brain and act and not show his anger all the time. She then tells Niranjan to go ahead and kill Amarlingam and what will the girl do who has come along with him. Niranjan is standing alone and removing all his frustration on himself. Malar comes and request her brother that he should control his temper and not show his anger anymore it is not good. Both hug each other and Niranjan promises that now on no one will trouble her.
Amar and his gang are enjoying Kadalai and discussing whom they should given the first invitation card. Andavan's asst suggest they should keep the invitation at Eswaran's paddam. Adavan tells yes he is right, and he wants to keep it in Eswaran's paddam-Yogeshwaran's paddam. Amar is shocked and asks if he has gone mad. Maya then asks if he really mean it. Adavan says he is his boss and he wants to keep the first invitation only at his bosses feet or else nothing will be good. Adavan is in tears and Bala is asking why is he sad, is he ok.

Scene 2

GJ is talking to Govind about some payment issue. Kids r fighting in the background and GJ shouts at them to go to some other room and watch TV but they don't listen and he shouts for Selvi to come and take these kids away. Kids r shocked and come close to him and asks him why he called out for Selvi as she doesn't stay here anymore. Then Aaishu asks GJ if Selvi amma will never come. GJ tells yes she will not come here anymore. Sachin then tells GJ that he should bring her back as she is crying at the other house, Guru chittappa told them, GJ tells then chittappa would have lied but the kid says no, they know Selvi amma is sad. GJ hits the kids and they go crying to Thamarai. Thamarai questions GJ why he hit the kids, and he tries to manage saying he was busy looking at office files, and they were disturbing so, he hit them. Thamarai tries to explain to him that he is wrong and all his office work should not come in between the kids. GJ's dad also tries to explain to GJ and GJ then calls his kids near him and tells sorry and tell them to watch TV.
Adavan come to Yog's house. He comes in and shouts "aaiya, aaiya" Thangam comes out and is shocked to see Adavan.

Scene 3

Thangam puts the glass of milk down as she sees Adavan. Madhu hears the sound and come running asking what happened and is equally shocked to see Adavan. Adavan comes closer to them and asks if they r fine. Madhu then shouts back at him saying "why if we say we r fine, u will try to spoil that also" and asks him to get lost. Adavan tells Madhu that she was so little when she used to play with him so she has all the right to shout at him. Madhu keeps telling him to go away but Adavan tells he wants to meet Yog once and then he will go. Madhu tells no way, he better leave when they r still talking to him respectfully or else they will have to throw him out. Thangam then tells Andavan that he better leave now. Madhu tells him that akka and Anna are not here so before they arrive he better leave or else he will be in trouble. Then Adavan spots Yog and goes closer to him and falls at his feet. (Aaiyo too much drama. Adavan is at Yog's feet for 5 min). Adavan asks for forgiveness by hitting his head on Yog's feet. Madhu and Thangam asks Yog to throw him out of the house but Yog is still quite. Finally after Andavan's crying drama Yog bends down and lifts him up and call him "Enna Andava eppadi errukai". Adavan is in more tears and hug Yog and is crying hitting his head that he cheated him and now he feels guilty and bla bla. Yog then tell him that they were enemies only for 1 yr but friends for 45 years and hug each other. Yog has a very sly look in his eyes (So, guess Yog is acting that he has forgiven Adavan).

Episode 237 (12-26-05 Monday update)

Scene 1

Niranjan's girlfriend if talking to Niranjan about GJ and explaining to him that only we know about GJ but your akka doesn't know and she sees Selvi walking towards them and stops. Selvi comes and asks Niranjan why did he behave bad with GJ and Niranjan tells I don't like him. Selvi asks the reason and Niranjan mozupufies and tells he just don't like GJ that's it. Then Niranjan tells the one who came was Thamarai akka's husband and not Selvi akka's husband. If it was selvi akka's husband the may be he would not have behaved this way. Selvi then tells him now nothing can be done. Niranjan then tells Selvi that GJ is a criminal. On hearing this Selvi gives him one slap. Niranjan is shocked, his GF(girl friend) is watching this and then Niranjan walks towards selvi how is upset on hitting her brother and tells her that GJ is a criminal. Selvi tells him now nothing can be done. Everyone left me and went away and I had to manage everything on my own so I got this life. He is the dad for my baby in my womb so be it anything he is my husband. GF tells something to selvi (sorry didn't hear it properly) but after she finished talking with selvi Thangam insults her and tells her she better stop interfering in her family matters and she has not poo or pottu and tell her to go way. Poor GF leaves while stupid Niranjan watches all what his mom was telling. Selvi tells sorry to Niranjan.

Scene 2

Thangam has come to GJ's office to meet him. GJ welcomes his athai and asks the reason of her visit. She says she just came to buy some fresh fruits for selvi and thought to visit him that's it. GJ tells he is so buys and hence no able to come home often. Thangam tells that's ok, and apologizes for Niranjan's behavior. GJ tells that 's ok but why he behaved like that I have no clue. Thangam tells that he is very responsible man and he is sad that he has no job and due to adavan lingam's police complaint he is not able to show his head to the outside world. Thangam then request GJ that since AL is going to be his sambhandi can he tell him to withdraw that complaint then that will help Niranjan a lot. GJ tells let this wedding take place first then he will do the needful. Then Thangam is ready to leave but on the way tells GJ "oh god I came here to tell something and forgot the most imp matter". And then immediately tell oh u r busy why trouble u now, when u come home I will tell. GJ tells her to tell it or else he will feel bad and after some back and forth of u tell, no tell Thangam tells GJ that due to increase in members in her house there is difficult in feeding everyone and bla bla. GJ immediately gives 20,000 Rs and Thangam tells oh my god I didn't ask u money just informed my house situation as u r my mapillai that's it. GJ forcefully hands over the money to her and Thangam before leaving tell him that if my kids r hungry it is still fine but I have to feed your kid and keep selvi happy and give her good things to eat know so, that is why I told u. GJ's cell phone rings and Thangam leaves. GJ is talking to someone that he needs lot of money and to arrange for the same.


Scene 3
GJ is in a restaurant and waiting for Selvi. Selvi walks in and asks he called her for a meeting and she don't see anybody here. GJ then tells her that there is no meeting it is only GJ and her. Selvi then looks at the food on the table and asks why he has ordered so much food. GJ tells this I for her only and she has to eat whatever she feels like and good food. Selvi tells she already had her lunch and she can't eat all these. GJ then talks as if he cares for her so much and is worried about her and his baby. GJ then tells her that he wants her to be happy and cares for her so he gives a check book singed and asks her to withdraw whenever she needs it. Selvi then asks him did she ask him any money, he says NO, he says he is sad that she didn't asks. Selvi then asks GJ that she is not able ti understand why this sudden change and money talks, did someone from her house asks for money. GJ tells no don't start questioning me I am not doing this just because someone asked for money but if u would have asked this matter would have been much easier. Selvi then tells was it her mom who came and GJ tells yes. GJ tells I care for u so much and "ne than mukhiyam yennakku". Selvi is smiling and not uttering a word and then tells GJ that she is going and leaves. Selvi leaves the check book behind.
Selvi walks in and shouts at Thangam why she is doing all this and is she not helping her in all ways possible. Madhu is hearing and taunting her mom that she always supports selvi and today look at her situation. Madhu tells Thangam to tell selvi that she didn't asks money to make jewelry but for household exp only. Selvi then tell Thangam that no one in this house should do anything without her consent and walks inside. Madhu then tells Thangam that she has so much power even after staying separately from her husband , what would happen if she had a husband living with her. Thangam is hiding behind a pillar and listening to all this.

Episode 238 (12-27-05 Tuesday update)

Scene 1

Thamarai is calling Selvi and inviting to her house for lunch invitation. Selvi is surprised and asks the reason of her invitation but she says since she couldn't enjoy her wedding party she decided to give this invitation to her and Selvi's baby. Selvi denies first but Thamarai forces her and makes Selvi to accept her invitation. While talking Thamarai overhears Niranjan and tells selvi to give the phone to Niranjan and she talks to Niranjan. She invites Niranjan and his GF (Sivamani) to her house. Niranjan is hesitant but she forces him too. After the conversation, Niranjan tells selvi that he is not interested in coming to GJ's house. Selvi tires to make him understand that this is an opportunity for him to accept GJ and GJ will also not misunderstand him for what he did the other day. Niranjan is confused and on his way out Sivamani asks him what he is going to do and explains to him that he should go. She tells him that if yr sister is respecting GJ there should be something behind it ass females think with lot of patience only. She tells him that we should go and he agrees.

Scene 2

Selvi, Niranjan and Sivamani arrive to Thamarai's house and while entering Niranjan thinks what Priyan told about GJ that he is not a nice guy. Selvi is climbing stairs to go upstairs and GJ sees and tell her to go by lift but Selvi says nothing will happen if I climb this stairs and goes up. Sivamani then tells Niranjan u had promised that u will never step GJ's house and see what happened today. Niranjan asks her to keep quite and not to put oil while he is burning.

Ranjani comes to Pooja room and sees her lying down and the TV is on. Ranjani is scolding her for no being active enough and just lying down. She asks pooja what is her problem and why is she not happy. She doesn't answer anything and asks her to leave. Ranjani then asks pooja to find out some difference in her but pooja is not able to and Ranjani grabs her hand and places her in her stomach to feel the baby and pooja is happy and so Ranjani tell her that soon she will also have the baby in her stomach after her marriage. Pooja overreacts to this words of Ranjani's and thinks about her rape scene and shouts at Ranjani. Ranjani asks why she is behaving like this, but pooja realizes she did a mistake and asks sorry and Ranjani leaves.
Ranjani comes out an meets Sivamani and asks her if she was the one who asked Selvi's address that other day and did she find it. Sivamani tells she found it but why did she lie. Ranjani is mazupulfying and asks her who is she related and why is she here. She tells Niranjan was so sad after meeting Malar and why did she do this? Ranjani asks why she did say she was related to Niranjan and asks her how she was related to Niranjan. Niranjan walks in and tells she is important to me and tells Sivamani don't talk to her as she is no good and takes Sivamani away. Ranjani then thinks selvi has told her broher about Ranjani within 2-3 days itself.


Scene 3

Ranjani is asking Thamarai why this invitation all of a sudden. Thamarai explains that since selvi is pregnant I thought I will feed her what she likes as her husband also is no close by. Ranjani tells she is a bit angry with her anni as she didn't do anything for her. Thamarai tells she is this house daughter so she doesn't need any special care. Selvi asks Thamarai also to join with them but she says she will eat after GJ finishes. Then Ranjani tells that she know that anni likes to eat in the same place which her anna ate and Thamarai is blushing. Selvi is starting to eat while GJ tell her to stop as he saw some hair in the food, then selvi stops and removes the hair and Thamarai tells this is a good sign as they say if u find hair then it means our relationship is strong. Thamarai is telling Ranjani that how she doesn't allow her husband to go out without her and wants him to remain with her all the time she wants her husband also to remain. For which Ranjani's husband tells I am with her because she needs to show whose baby she is carrying and leaves.
After everyone is done eating Thamarai gives "Vettalai Palu" to Selvi and tell her that Maya is talking good about Selvi. Everyone is shocked what did Maya say but Thamarai tell her that she is talking bad about our friendship so she has decided to end her mouth. Selvi asks what has she thought and Thamarai tells her to touch one finger. She touches one and Thamarai is happy to tell her that she is going to have a baby girl so that their friendship can turn to relationship. She will make Selvi's daughter as her DIL.
