Seems like they are either going to die or lose their memories. Only these two people know why Pooja left and can be instrumental to bring back her and clear all misunderstanding between Naren and Pooja. Either one of the possibilities mentioned above can make P's comeback in N's life harder.

I hope Supria mam will be alive because she is the who came to know about Pooja's khundali dosh problem and told her to be away from Naren for one yr..Thanks to Guruji

Plus she has now come to know that Surbhi and Rakesh phufaji are involved to killing pooja that way she is away from Naren's life and house for good so that Surbhi can get everything for her self.. (Lets see how far she goes and getting her dream fulfilled I cant wait to see her face fall flat when Pooja returns.. )

mama ji only knows half the truth, kundalini dosh, not all the "lies" Pooja and Supriya told Naren to make Pooja's exit easier. This is where Naren needs help to clear misunderstandings. Well, by the time she gets her memory back, things are going to be pretty different. And CVs are going to cash it to the fullest. It's getting interesting though.
