Ohh im fine...now i can understand the value of trp...ur trp audience...means sometimes u watch nd smtimes u dont...i m thinking abt TRP audience today...that how it changing nd flutucating weekly...so...many ppl watch when track become interesting so many quit when they feel its boring...im saying in general...means for me if i strtd liking serial im attached with so much that i cant miss any single epiz..so...

No re Khushi,sadly am not a TRP audience

TRP audiences are those who have a special device called the TRP metre or the People's metre attached to their TV sets that keeps a record of the shows watched by a household when it's telecast

Earlier it was only 800 houses & that too mostly in the big cities when the TRP system was introduced

It's only in the last couple of years that they have started to collect rural data.I cannot say with surety but at present the number of households with the TRP metre must be something like 20000 to 25000 & BARC is still in the process of scaling it up

So,we have millions of households watching TV.yet it's only these households numbering some thousands which determine TRP.And again they only take into account the original telecast time for computation & not the repeat telecasts

No barc chng there mechanism...that was earlier way to gather data...it can be easily manipulated...bt now frm barc data method is more scientific sort of...i know that ur not a trp audience i say that in a general manner in humorous way...even that old trp method exists..nd if they install the device on my TV then PA will be no.1...;)..

I will watch repeats too...if m nt watching the serial tb bhi i will on zee channel on PA's time...nd do some other work

Even i dont like trp system ...why many serials under top 5 in trp..show repeated tracks...dont know the system ...dont know how viewers attract
