Glad to see your post. It was truly an amazing episode and I loved every moment of it.I loved how Shraddha shut Sher up with her honesty. I think that's what draws Sher towards her besides the fact that she is pretty. She did not take his hand in the 2nd meeting and walked away, and we saw a grinning, happy Sher. He does not mind her rejection. He can take it..remember how he let her go? But its her dishonesty that has the potential to hurt him. He was hurt when she didn't tell him earlier that she was forced to marry him, when she ran away without making him privy to her plans and this time because she hid the fact that she knew Virat. And he made this point very clear..before the swyamvar question I recall him saying something like you will only tell me everything when I ask you right..And yes you are right that comment about him knowing her feelings well wasn't just a comment. He meant it. Sher means what he says..he is not one to just say stuff for the sake of it.Shraddha's reply was gold. And your thoughts on this scene, I have nothing to add. I was always wondered about Shraddha's feelings towards Sher. And this scene made it very clear. She might not love Sher but she does not hate him either. She has accepted his position in her life, & accepted him for who he is. Sher really does not have to do a lot..he just needs to give her some strength & confidence..like he did when he passed her the sari. I loved how he avoided her gaze & went to the bed immediately. He was overwhelmed by her reply and probably thought through it the whole night.. I am also certain he did not sleep. I think that him going for her grandmother's funeral was out of guilt as well as to avoid her gaze before he clearly thought things out. And the funeral scene in my opinion made things very clear for him. More than her reply, I think it is her father's comments that hit him hard.. made him realise the injustice Shraddha has been going through..his question - what did i do wrong.. was like him hitting his head against the wall, questioning why he is being blamed.. he loved, accepted her rejection and was forced into the marriage..now he has to face his mother's wrath & Shraddha's scared face all the time.. it hurts him bad. You are right - the last shot was the re-birth of Sher - he was cleansing the anger within him, all the bad things he's done...what's done cannot be undone but he will do all it takes to make things better.
