Sorry guys but I missed the first 10 minutes, so I'm just reconstructing from what I saw in the rest of the episode.
Recap: Rimjhim is still being blackmailed by Shweta who kidnapped Megha. While having a confrontation with Rimjhim, Rakesh collapses.
02 September
Rakesh has collapsed onto the floor in pain. Everyone rushes towards him. He suffered a mild heart attack. Rimjhim is in the prayer room, she is repentant for what she is doing to the family, but has no choice as she is doing it for Megha's sake. Yashoda comes in there. Rimjhim looks at her anxiously and asks about Rakesh.
Yashoda slaps Rimjhim hard, and tells her to stop this act. She berates her for what she is doing to the family for the sake of the shares and warns her against continuing it. Rimjhim feels terrible.
Megha is in the dark dingy room where she is being held captive. She suddenly wakes up and sees that her captors have all fallen asleep or are unconscious. She takes the opportunity and runs out of the place. There are drug addicts all over the place unconscious.
Durga arrives at the place to check up on Megha. He's furious when he finds the goons asleep, the door open and Megha gone. He starts shouting at them and they take off in pursuit of Megha.
Megha is running down a deserted road, there is forest all around her. Durga and his goons turn down the road and spot her. Megha runs into the forest and the goons give chase.
The goons split up and try to find Megha. She evades them as best she can. She finds a phone booth, runs in and dials the Sharma home. Bua picks up the phone. Megha says its her calling, Bua gets angry and assumes its a joke and hangs up the phone. Megha is desperate, she tries again and after a long while Rimjhim picks up. Megha tells her she escaped but is being followed. Rimjhim asks her where she is but Megha does not know. Suddenly some of the goons spot her. Megha throws down the phone and starts running again. Rimjhim is distraught, but she hangs up the phone and walks out of the house.
Megha is still running, she runs into the yard of some old building. A man puts his hand over her mouth, pulls her to the side and protects her from the goons. He then takes her to his car, the man is Garv!
Preview: Megha is telling Garv she loves him so much, Garv thinks she's crazy. Shweta and her kids are hatching a new scheme.
