Vicky killed Garv because he liked Isha but Isha refused to accept him and instead married Garv... The rumors are that Garv is not dead and that he will be back.

Megha does love Garv but Tanya is poisoning her mind and making her think that it was actually Rimjhim who is responsible for Garv's death and not Vicky.
