Megha tells Garv to marry her immediately, as she fears of loosing him. Garv accepts Megha's proposal. Yashoda is looking tensed and unable to hide Megha's accident news from Irawati. Avinash comes there and says that now Megha is perfectly alright and will come soon. Doctor informs not to give Megha any stress, as this would lead in mental imbalance. Megha has been brought from the hospital. Irawati scolds at Rimjhim that she is responsible for Megha's condition. Irawati is confused as Megha informs her that Garv is ready to marry her. Rimjhim discloses the truth to Bhavani, who is shocked to know that Garv actually loves Isha. Megha reprimands Isha not to come in between her and Garv. Namrata tells Garv to reconsider on his decision, but he is stuck on it, as it is all to save Megha's life. Bhavani asks Isha whether she is happy with Garv-Megha's marriage. Isha tells that she has sacrificed her love for Megha, as the situation demanded it. At that juncture Rimjhim's attention is diverted towards Megha who listens all this.

We reveal that Megha didn't hear anything as she was listening to music on earphone. Everybody's relaxed. Pandit fixes Muhurat for Megha's marriage after two days. Bhavani comes to meet Garv and asks whether he has thought on his decision to get married to Megha. Garv promises Bhavani that he will fulfill a husband's duty. Vicky tries to go close to Isha, but she ignores him. Rimjhim requests Tanya not to play dirty game with Megha and not come in between them. Tanya puts a condition that firstly Rimjhim would not have to interfere between Rakesh and her. Rimjhim remains mum. Preparation for the ritual of Mehandi is going on. Bua convinces Rimjhim to prepare Mehandi for Megha. Without letting Rimjhim know Tanya mixes black color in the Mehandi. Mehandi has been brought to apply on Megha's hand. Irawati gets angry seeing black color in it. Tanya reveals that Rimjhim has prepared it. Megha comes there and is shocked to see such a Mehandi. She moves towards Rimjhim. Nobody can't understand how Megha will react?

Megha calmly says Rimjhim to stay away from the ritual and not to spoil her happiness. Marriage ceremony starts. Everyone is engaging in the work. Namrata expresses her doubt to Garv of fulfilling the promise that he had given. Garv removes her doubt. Megha is ready in a bridal dress and Tanya is playing key role in it. Sharma family members welcome Garv and baratis. Megha keeps Malini's photograph close to her heart and is talking emotionally that her dream is going to be true. And if Malini would be here it is great pleasure for her. Tanya takes Megha to the mandap. There are few moments left for muhurat and everyone is enjoying. All of a sudden Garv sees Isha at one corner and goes to her. Isha takes the promise from Garv that from now onwards they will meet as a friend only and nothing else. Garv promises Isha by putting his hand on her hand. Megha is watching all this.
