The Leap

I don't know about the rest of you but I am really disappointed with the whole leap craze that is sweeping Zee at the moment.

For instance, Piya Ka Ghar is about Rimjhim - her struggles, triumphs and battles, how she as a traditional Idian woman with traditional values faces problems and overcomes them. This has been the essence of the show.

Now I assume a large part of the focus shifts to Megha, who is a spoilt brat, blah, blah, blah. I know Rimjhim is her mom and it will probably also highlight how Rimjhim overcomes Megha's hatred of her but its not the same. I would have preferred even if the show ended with Rimjhim killing Malini and going to jail, its now being dragged on unnecessarily.

I don't know if any of you agree with me, it is after all just my opinion, but I feel the show will lose its meaning with the leap.

truely speaking, even i feel that they are dragging the series by doing the leap. I thought the series will end when malini gets killed and rimjhim would be released and megha would understand that malini was the bad person. I just hope that it will not be boring like Amanat when it had the leap. Well, now that they are having the leap, i hope it'll end as soon as megha accepts rimjhim as her mother and start loving her instead of hating her.

I agree with u PriyaS... the leap does screw up the shows focus. Its supposed to be about Rimjhim and her life and with this leap... the show will be more about Megha, Soham, Vishal etc.. plus the old Avi is being replaced with some other dude.

I give the show 6 months til its ratings go down the drain.. lol

Oh..and anyone know what timeframe this leap is in...i.e is it 2025 ??

i agree...i heard piya ka ghar was supposed 2 finish in september, but it has been unnecessarily dragged on...
