NO!! Avinash does not love Rimjhim at all, when you love someone you would not hurt them the way Avinash has. When Rimjhim was pregnant and had cancer he treated her so badly, he is such a jerk. He never supports her, always insults her and had the nerve to take away his own daughter's baby. This is a man who only thinks of his pride and himself!!
