Update - 04 October

Sorry its late guys, I tried to post it earlier but I got an error. I missed the first couple minutes but managed to piece it together.

Recap: Megha apologises and seeks forgiveness from Rimjhim in a letter. Shweta discovers the contents of the letter and decides to get rid of Megha.

Update:

Megha keeps thinking of the predicament that she's in. She finally decides that she will need to get concrete proof of her identity to show the family. She leaves to go to Charity Hospital to retrieve her medical reports.

Shweta meanwhile is putting plans in motion for her goons to go after Megha. She goes to Rimjhim's cell and tortures Rimjhim saying she will kill Megha. She says she will stay with Rimjhim so Rimjhim can hear Megha's death screams when she is killed. Rimjhim is terrified.

At home, Mantra created a scene. She comes running down the stairs towards Avinash wearing Megha's clothes and acting like Megha (she looks ridiculous with the pigtails). Avinash gets flashbacks of Megha and calls Mantra Megha. Irawati quickly corrects him saying its Mantra and not Megha. Jayanti butts in, she tells Mantra she looks cute in Megha's clothes and should continuing dressing like her. Avinash screams no!

He tells Mantra he has only given her Megha's property shares. He says Megha is still clearly imprinted in his mind, and he will always love her. He has not given Megha's place to her. Mantra's face falls. The family just stand around uneasily, no-one says anything.

At Charity Hospital, Megha is with Sister Nivedita. She is looking through her file and pictures and gets emotional. She remembers how she insulted and ill-treated Rimjhim. Megha thinks that she never understood Rimjhim despite looking exactly like her. Nivedita kindly asks Megha if she is getting emotional looking at her old face. Megha says she is thinking of her sins. She tells the Sister how she aligned with her family's enemy and now she and her mom are suffering. She says the punishment for all her sins have fallen on her mom. She cries bitterly.

Sister Nivedita consoles her. She tells Megha to join her in the prayer room and pray for forgiveness and help. They leave.

At the same time, 2 cars and a minibus are shown speeding down a road. Its Durga and his goons. One of the cars get a flat tyre and they take off on foot (there are like 10 of them!)

In the prayer room, Megha is praying earnestly. At the same time, Durga and company enter the hospital. They start roughing up staff trying to locate Megha. A junior nurse comes to the prayer room and informs Sister Nivedita of this. Megha is petrified, she tells the sister that the men have come to kill her. Sister Nivedita calms her down, and sends Megha out through a rear entrance. She keeps praying for Megha.

Durga and company finally get to the prayer room. He questions Nivedita and she tells him Megha is gone, she has been saved. She says no-one can save him. Durga gets irritated and orders his goons to search the grounds for Megha.

All along, Shweta has been receiving telephonic updates. She tells Rimjhim the next call will be Megha's death. The call comes. Shweta tells Rimjhim she should prepare to hear Megha's death screams. Unfortunately for Shweta, the caller tells her Megha escaped. She starts screaming at the person for being incompetent.

Rimjhim is elated to hear Megha escaped. She tells Shweta she has lost and Megha is safe.

Preview: Megha overheards Garv confess he used her
