The episode begins when Omkar is pleading in front of Mayura's father how he has changed and he is not the old Omkar now, he has changed for good just like Mayura wanted. Mayura's father says I do not believe anything you say now and you broken my daughter's heart and given her pain only. Omkar pleads Mayura's father asking to scold him, beat him but don't separate him from Mayura. Omkar tells her father how he is now fulfilling the promise which he made to Mayura and trying to be the Omkar she wanted. He pleads again to believe him and not forgive him but believe him once, giving him a chance. He says he will fill her life with happiness and will not let any tears come out of her eyes again.
Mayura gets flash backs of her life in the past with Omkar, her heart is beating fast. Dr Neil gives her oxygen and tries to treat her. Nurses are coming in and out of the treatment room and Mayura's family ask him what is happening and how is Mayura? The nurses says it cannot be said right now. Mayura's father tells Omkar if anything happens, he will not leave him alone. Mayura's dadi curses at Omkar and tells him bad things.
Mayura finally regains consciousness and Dr Neil says I am here, and asks her to calm down. Mayura asks how did she come here? Neil says Omkar bought you here you had fainted on the roads. Mayura I don't know what happened but Omkar and her father had a argument on something and Omkar was saying something rights. Dr Neil says you are recovering, don't worry.
Dr Neil comes out the room and sees Mayura's family and asks them what is going and happening? How do you all know Omkar, what is the relation? Mayura's mother says Omkar is Mayura's husband and tells him the relationship and past story about Mayura. Dr Neil comes to know then Mayura and Omkar are husband wife but how Omkar treated her while being married. Neil is shocked to know.
