Yup, that one. Yes, Rumple fell in love with Belle, so he one day he told her to go to the village and bring straw for him knowing she probably wont come back. As Belle was walking in the forest, the evil queen's carriage passed her and she got down to talk with Belle asking her if she was running away from the man who held her captive. Belle said no, he had actually let her go himself. The evil queen told her she loved him and Belle replied yes but that something evil had taken over his soul and she wished she knew how to bring him back. So Regina suggested true love's k**s and that gave Belle hope. She came back to Rumple, who was shocked she had returned but so happy. Belle k**s*d him and he started losing that thick skin, and started taking his human self but as she broke away, she exclaimed that what she had been told was true, that the k**s could break any curse. That caught Rumple off guard and he accused her of working for the queen to get him to lose his powers so that she was the most powerful one in the kingdom. He went into a rage and broke everything except that cup which Belle had caused to be chipped when she first came. Belle protested it was lie but he locked her up. And then after some time, he told her to go away, he no longer wanted her here. Before she went she told him he was a coward, that he couldn't believe that someone could love him and he will regret his choice forever. Then after a long time when the queen came to ask him to do something and he refused saying her deception had failed, she mockingly told him if he was referring to Belle, then she had only met her on the road once and oh! that she had nothing to do with that tragedy. Rumple asked her what she was talking about and the Queen told him when she went back home, because her fiancee was missing and she herself had stayed so much time with Rumple, her father shunned her, that he was cruel to her and send clerics to clean her soul with flames but she threw herself off the tower and died. Rumple didn't believe her, but when she went away, he broke down, and held on the cup, the only thing he had left of her.
In Storybrooke, Mr Gold was seen to beat that flower delivery man, saying she was his daughter, he should have looked after her and now she was gone because of him. Emma reached in time to stop Gold from killing him altogether. He was arrested and Regina told him she would strike a deal with him, If he told her his real name, she would give him back what he was looking for. Gold told her Rumpelstiltskin but that it didn't matter, since he was still more powerful than her. Regina handed him the chipped cup, saying all this for a chipped cup?
Then she was shown getting into a special underground section of the hospital, where no one is allowed and she looks from the peep hole of a cell and Belle is shown locked up and alone.
Guess Rumple thinks Belle is dead so that means Regina has a weapon against Rumple. 😛
