Episode continues with Thakur telling Phulwa to be his servant and to never complain against him. He tells her to put his slipper on her head and she does so. He makes her put it on his foot. As she pleads for Abhay's life, Thakur tells her as his life starts, hers will end. He orders her to remove all her jewellery as a servant doesn't wear them, including her mangalsutra, to see Abhay alive. She agrees to do so.
Phulwa brings Thakur to the hospital. She looks at Abhay through the glass as "Bhare Naina" from Ra.One plays in the bg. (A rather fitting song I think). She remembers them laughing on their drive and him hugging her before the accident. In desperation she falls to the floor and cries. Thakur is shown donating blood. She looks at herself in a mirror in the dark and remembers his condition, removing her jewellery, crying at her mangalsutra. As she removes it, some scenes (their wedding process, Abhay holding her hand in the hospital, their pre-accident hug) are shown in reverse.
She hands him her jewellery as he comments that being enemies with her has an enjoyment of its own, laughing at her. She watches nurse give Abhay blood and starts crying again. After the operation, a nurse wakes Phulwa up and tells her to go meet the doctor in his cabin. On the way she sees people being discharged and feels hopeful. She asks the doctor how Abhay is. Doctor says he is out of danger and the operation was successful. As she is praying, it is shown that she was actually dreaming as a nurse wakes her up.
(I got a heartattack the first time, felt relieved and a second heartattack). Nurse says Abhay has started to gain consciousness and goes to meet the doctor in the cabin. She sees the same people on the way. (I was like, omg what is going why is she dreaming again?) She asks the doctor again how is Abhay. Before he can say anything, she starts blabbering that it must have been successful as she saw everything again (doc looks confused). She starts saying that she isn't dreaming. Doctor starts saying he gave Thakur's blood, but... Phulwa says but what? Before doctor can continue, from behind, Thakur says he isn't alright. Phulwa starts stammering he must be fine but before doctor can say anything Thakur cuts him off, telling him to shock Phulwa slowly, to let her suffer. Doctor says she must be told the truth. Thakur retorts saying Abhay is his son and Phulwa his daughter-in-law, so he has the right to inform her. Phulwa begs him to tell her what has happened.
Precap: Phulwa's in Abhay's room, her hand hovering his head to touch it, but she brings it away and starts crying.

The inception-style drama was a totally new one I must admit, the whole dream-reality shift.
Yet it doesn't make up for the fact that it's beyond aggravating to keep us hanging like this.
