Now whatever he will do , it can not change the fact that she is married to him .. Though legally i feel this marriage has no relevance

I totally agree with you! as for the marriage, I agree with Pia.
No matter what he does,,,,according to Indian mentality anyway, the damage(marriage) is done (no matter how incredibly dramatic it was 😆 ) . He has to wait for her to turn 18 so she can sign the divorce paper which I highly doubt will happen 😆
