S --- lagatar chot padhte rahne se bdha se bdha pathar bhi tut jata hai(Big stons can break when they get pain), aur vikram bhaiya ko zindagi ne bhut bdhi chot di thi(and vikram's life gave him big wound)., aur zindangi ne unhe diya hi kya hai(what did life gave him ?), sari zindagi sirf jimmedariya nibhai hai(he always fulfilled his duties), sirf dusro ko dono hatho se diya hai,khud ke liye unhone kabhi nahi socha (he always gave others but never think about himself) , aur na dusro ne(nor others), aur jab ek bar socha to sabki nazro me bure ho gye ..(and once he think about him self and became bad in their eyes)
Shadi hui to patni aaisi mili jise apne se hi fursat nahi thi(he got married and got the wife who always think about her self and had no time for any one else), aur wo ladhki, jiski wajah se itna dard mila inhe (and that girl who gave him this pain), kaisi hogi wo jo inhe kabhi samjh nahi pai (how would she be if she could never understand him).. aur uus ladhki ko chodho wo to gair thi (leave that girl she was stranger), par adi, inka khud ka bhanja, jise inohne pal-pos kar bdha kiya tha, uski budhi kaise bharsht ho gyi thi.. (but adi, his own nephew, whom he raised how did he lose his mind...)
R --- jane do sumi, purani baate mat kro, vikram ne sun liya to uske zakham khul jayege' aur phir aaj kal apne khud ke bache, apne maa-bap ko bhulne me samay nahi lagate to adi to bhanja tha..sharm naam ki cheez nahi hai usme..(leave it sumi, dont talk old things, if vikram hears this then his wounds will be open again, and now a days real kids forget their parents, adi was his nephew he is shamless ... No shame in him at all.)
S --- kabhi-kabhi sochati hoo Rajeev, ki agar vikram ne aapki baat maan li hoti aur uss rewa wale accident ke bad yanhi chala aaya hote to shayad ye sab nahi hota.. (Some times i think Rajeev, That if vikram had listen to you and after reva's accident he would have come here then may be all this would never happen)
R -- maine bhut kha tha sumi, jab delhi gya tha, par vikrm pariwar ko chodh kar aana nahi chahta tha..(I said many times, but vikram didnt want to leave his family) aaj sochata hoo to lagta hai ki shayad meri koshish me hi kami rah gayi thi(Today I think of it then I feel may be There was some thing missing in my efforts), mujhe uuse mna lena chahiye tha..(I had to convince him )
Bhale hi humara koi khoon ka rishta na ho, lekin humara rishta bhaiyo se kum nahi hai..(we are not related with blood but our relation is more then real brothers)
Mai uuse 3 saal bdha hoo, bhaiya kehta hai mujhe, par rishta nibhane me wo humesha mujhse aage rha hai.. aur sumi, tumne bhi mera bhut saath diya agar tum aaisi nahi hoti,to mai vikram ko kabhi sambhal nahi pata..(Im 3 yrs older then vikram , he calls me Brother, but in fulfill his duties as brother he is better then me, and Sumi U too supported me allot... if you were not the way you are i would never be able to take care of vikram)
S ' kaise nahi deti, agar aapke liye wo bhai ki trah hai,to maine bhi unhe humesha bhai ki tarah hi dekha hai, aur unhone bhi to humara humesh saath diya hai, jab bi jarurat padhi humesha wo humare saath khadhe rahe hai.. bina mange apna hath bdhaya hai.. (how would I not support you, if he is like brother to you, then I too sow him as a brother, and he always supported us, when ever we needed him he supported us... without asking him he helped us)

V ' nahi bhaiya sab thik hai, koi preshani nahi hai, ab aap chinta na kijiye pichle 7-8 mheeno se mai office me regular hoo, meri wajah se aapki 'consultant agency' band nahi hogi..hoo * smile*'(No, brother every thing is okay no tension at all, dont worry since 7-8 im going to office regularly... your 'consultant agency' wont close because of me... smile**)

(I know that, that is why i left every thing on you ,you know that my brother is not well now a days, and after 3 months There is a wedding of Nandita..*his niece*... so have to prepare to that and I feel like in this next 3 Months im going to go Mumbay - Puna many times)
V ' koi baat nahi bhaiya, don't worry mai sab smbhal looga(No problem brother, dont worry i will take care of every thing).. chaloo, kuch e-mails check karne hai,aur mhesh ko phone bhi karna hai, pta nahi usne clients ko gifts bheje ya nahi..(I have to check some e-mails and call Mahesh to see if he sent gifts to clients or not...) *he went*

R ' I hope so..lagta ha ki iska mann kaam me lagne laga hai(I feel now he is happy in working), warna pahle jab shuru me ise office lekar jata tha(else before this, just in the beginning when I used to take him to office), to ye ya to baitha rehta tha ya car lekhar sadhke napta tha(he used to sit only or take the car and go here and there).. yaad hai ek bar 24 ghante tak ghar nahi aaya tha,aur hum police station chale gye the, missing complain likhwane,'(remember, Once he didnt come home 24 hrs and we went to police to write the missing comaplain)
S ' yaad hai' jab wo aaye the to aapne kas kar dhat lagai thi, aur wo aapke gale lag gye the, aur kha tha ' bhaiya brdashat nahi ho rha tha ' *her eyes r wet*' (do u remember? , when he came here, how u scold him .. and he hugged you and said ... *brother, I cant take it any more*)
R ' bass yahi duaa karta hoo ki wo din dubara kabhi na aaye,(I just pray and wish that such day wont come back)' avani, nihal , get up, go and do ur homework..otherwise kal school me punishment milegi..(you will get punishment in school)
S ' * she put her hand on her hubby's hand*.. sab accha hoga (every thing will be okay...) hoo.. hari kaka !!!!sabjiya nikaliye fridge se, mai aa rahi hoo.. (hari uncle, take our the vegetables from the fridge I am coming )

R ' vikram aa jao bhai, chalo jiitani der hogi utna traffic milega...(Vikram, come brother, as long we will be late we will get more traffic ) * he comes while trying to call somebody*.

V --- aur kise uusi Mahesh ko, pta hai(to who, Oh Mahesh ,... Yeah I know.).. raat me usse baat hui meri (I spoke to him last night), sirf humare 30% clients ka task poore kiye hai(he just complated 30% clients taks only ), monthly survey report to bhul hi jaiye(4get that monthly survey report), I m fed up to this guy, is festival season me agar hum apne client ko ignore krenge to humare business ko effect krega.. please iska kuch kijiye..(in this festival season if we ignore our clients then it will effect our business .. please do some thing about it)
R --- *while walking towords parkink* uska aaj-kal mann kam me lag nahi rha hai.. job chodhne wala hai,notice period me hai'(his mind is not in work now a days ... he is going to quit the job and he is on notice period now a days)
V ' aur suffer hum kar rhe hai, ..(and we suffer)
R ' don't worry ek-do dino ki baat hai, maine pichale dino interview liye the..kuch aur vacancies ke liye bhi' humein acche employee jaldi mil jayege' *(its a mater of 1 or 2 days, i interviewed some people for several posts.. we will get good employees soon)

R ' vikram, mai Mumbai ke liye nikal rha hoo, bhai sahib ki tabiyat kal raat bigadh gai hai, hospital me hai, I have to go.. yanha ghar , family office sab tumahre upper hai.. (Im going to Mumbay, My brother's health is not okay since last night and he is in the hospital .. so I have to go... I m leaving all on u... the home family and office ... U take care of every thing.)
Aur haa, humare naye employees unhe bhi dekhna , aur ek baat sabne to join kar liya hai par ek ladhki aaj kregi, jise maine Mahesh ki jagah par rkha hai.. dekh lena.. ok.. kya naam hai uska ????? haa'. Miss mallhar joshi..(and yes, see our new ememployees, one more thing every one has joined but one more lady will join us today... she is going to replace Mahesh.. see her ... what was her name??? Oh yes... Miss Mallhar Joshi)

M ' mai nervous ho rahi hoo. Aur too filmi hui ja rahi hai..(I am getting nervous and you become filmi...)
P ' filmi to mai abhi huii nahi, par tu kah rhi hai, to ho jati hoo(I have not became filmi but if U say so so ill become filmi), tere liye' wo ek dialogue hai na film kabh-kabhi me(there is one dialogue for u from movie kabhi kabhi).. " aapki aankhe bhut khubsurat hai, janha bhi dekhti hai ek rishta kayam karleti hai"(you have beautiful eyes, who ever they watch your eyes make relations with them) waisa hi kuch teri aankho ke bare me kaha ja sakta hai(Just like this we can say about your eyes), ab dekhte hai office me kis-kis se rishta kayam hota hai' (let see who became related to u in the office) *naughty smil on her face*
M ' maar kane ka irada hai kya,..?(do u want to get hit) jo itani masti kar rahi hai(that U make those jokes n become naughty ).. accha bta office kaisa hai tera? Log kaise hai? Aur bosses ..(Okay tell, Hows your office, Hows the people their and bosses...)
P ' sab bhut bdhiya hai,3 maheene se mai job kar rahi hoo(every thing is great,I am working 3 months over there), mujhe koi preshani nahi hai (I never had any trouble there)' isiliye to jab mujhe vacancy ke bare me pta chala to sabse pahle tujhe btaya (That's why when I come to know that there is vacancy i come and told u 1st)..aur dekh tujhe job bhi mil gai(and see you got the job).. aur bosses bhi thik hai.(and bosses are also okay). Rajeev sir aaj-kal kam aate hai(comes less),shayad kahi busy hai, kisi personal kaam me, par vikram aate hai..(may be he is busy with his personal issues but vikram is coming )
M ' tu boss ko naam se bulati hai.. (you call your boss with his name...)
P --- tu pahle chal phir tujhe pta chal jayega ki mai, aaisa kyo kah rhi hoo.. (first come , then you will understand why Im saying this...) be positive every thing will be ok..
* her dadu comes*.. D'tum logo ki abhi taiyari nahi hui ?(aren't you ready yet?)
M ' bas ho gai dadu,niklne wale hai.. (granny ... yaah we are ready and almost leaving)* she touched her feet, and hugs her and dadu kissed on her forehead*' D'sambhal ke jana aur pahuch kar phone karna' ... (take care of your self and call me when u reach to office)
