TVS pulls himself together and lets Sugni go from the Havali but insist that they clear the air between them before she leaves. The conversation takes place just between them with no interruptions usingflashbacks the whole story from Reva's return to date comes out during which Sugni finds out about Adi's Vachaan to to TVS, that TVS paid the 20 lacs and TVS finds out that Adi requested Sugni's help to bring TVS and Reva tegether.
Sugni realises she and TVS need a clean break and goes to Mumbai with Gulabia and settle their, find a job and generally move on with her life.
TVS takes stock of what he wants to do (his mother comes in the form of dream sequence helping him come to decisions!!!). He tells his family what is expected of them like but out of his personal life, tells Adi that he knows what he did and cannot forgive him and does not tolerant their interference/bad behaviour. He tells Reva's brother to leave. He files for a divorce from Reva and deals with the drama she creates and at the same time is involved in some conflict with TJS (due their family history) and with other Thakurs because of his and Sugni's relationship. Through these interactions it is seen that he reverts back to being confident, independent, free thinking, principled man but a little harder/harsher and also a little angry/resentful that he is dealing with these battles but the person because of whom they arose has left him.
Adi goes to Delhi and seeks out Amu and her parents and either convince them to let them get married or if he thinks after his interaction with Sugni that Amu is not the girl for him then tells her. He then stays in Delhi to get on with his own life.
The story can then move forward from their in a logical manner and new people/problems/situations can be introduced in the characters lives. After a little while they can show interaction between Adi - Sugni / Adi - Amu / Sugni - Amu/ TVS - Amu/TVS - Adi etc.
