Looks like the original plan was to have Virun Badola play the part of Sugni's father! Casting wise it would have worked to have seen Ms. Shastri and him opposite each other; he would have played the negative role and that's how the show would have culminated. Also, it would explain why Sugni and Adi would end up together. Later on they changed their minds and introduced TVS.

IF they had gone with their original casting, the show would have been as follows...

:D OMG! I can't believe this... Laila you are awesome! So TVS is not the negative character after all... Sounds too good to be true but I REALLY hope this is how the story was suppose to go and now Varun is the lead.

Oh! Really? Varun was originally to play Sugni's father? 😲 He is not that old. Why would he even consider acting as father to a twenty year old girl?

The other show Varun was to act in, is ending soon. Looks like Varun made a choice and it worked out for him.

Guys, the girl playing Sugni's mother is even younger about the same age as Varun B.

N guys i think they wont turn VS (ok i wont say TVS it looks like a motorbike name i m calling just VS) negative see if u all have not notice then see it all new shows n channel r bringing d old actors back atleast one person becoz audience like to see experienced n nice actors which offcourse anew comer cant be he or she will require time to be good n if all actors dont know how to their show show wont gain the trp n they will hav to shut it down. This logic my frnd applied n she told i felt she was right.

Yeah, Narayani is pretty young. She's def not old enough to be playing Sugni's mom either but I doubt she cares. As long as her character is believable, it hardly matters.

Agree with you about the age thing. Good actors only care about their own characters and not about age.

But I am just thinking, what made the CVs change the story? Did Varun opt for VT over JT? Because VT is grey or black? Because I am not sure that JT is negative. He is just pretending and old-style. But he is not a bad man. His wife and son are.

Varun may have chosen to play TVS instead of JT, but does that make him lead? Who's lead? Vik or Adi? Well, as long as Vik remains a good guy, that's what matters to us Varun fans right?
