By this time meher was utterly shocked and soon recovered.

" tum mujhse pyaar karti ho...?? tum jaise ladki mujh jaise ladke se kaise pyar kar sakti hai...?? kaise meher... ??? " abeer asked holding meher's hand stopping her from leaving.
" kyunki pyar soch ke nahi hota... pyar dimag se nahi dil se hota hai... maine jabse se pyar ko samjha hai, jaana hai, sirf tumse pyaar kiya hai... sirf tumse... "

And then they both hugged each other ignoring the people who were staring at them in the coffee shop. They all clapped bringing back abeer n meher to reality. they broke the hug and were embarrased on seeing the scene and left the shop holding hands.
" chalo tumhare ex boyfriend ka birthday gift bhi mil gaya... "
" birthday gift...?? kya...?? " meher asked in confusion.
" tum dono ka break up..." Abeer pulled meher into his arms and winked at her.
" hehe... best birthday gift ever... " meher giggled.
" you are certainly the best gift that i can ever get..." Abeer whispered into meher's ears, making her heart flutter with the proximity.
" me too..." Meher confessed.
" i got the gift but when will i unwrap it... " abeer asked dropping a kiss below her earlobe.
" u are such a jerk... u dog... get lost...!!! " meher playfully hit abeer's arm and pushed him away.

and then he captured her lips in a passionate kiss. a kiss which was his dream and her fantasy. he was kissing his best friend whom he madly truly and deeply loves... Abeer pulled her close to himself as if he couldnt get enough of holding her and feeling her. meher also replied back with equal love n passion... the love which she might have never confessed fearing that she would lose her friendship with abeer if he doesnt feel the same about her...
Meher smiled in the kiss thinking it was the beginning of her "happily ever after" with her one and only... Her prince charming...!!!
