I know contact lenses are very convenient in this day and age and there's many people who prefer them over their glasses, however, should Abeer have got them for his son? Ok, he wasn't happy with the fact that his son was more like Akshat than himself but was if necessary?

With patently permision, it's ok for a child go have contact lense from their early teens. Ishaan is only 8. I wear contact lenses myself, and have know how beneficial they are. For a child of his age go handle iof mahyhave found it difficult.

I was surprised how he acted then. Also he wasn't even meant to put them in for him :/

... Prescription lenses have to be ordered and take time to come in.

It's only a show and I'm going too much into it but it just didn't go well with me. Maybe cos I know how fangs odds of is if the child falls a sleeps with them in or there could be other issues.

Another blooper to add to the hat although it doesn't really fall Into the category

Lol... I was thinking the same thing.
Young kids can have contact lenses but they have to be educated on how to use them properly. And 7 is really early. So just giving them to Ishaan wasn't a very smart. What if he ends up with an infection?

I don't know if the Cvs intended me to find what Abeer was doing cute but I found it more of an irresponsible move more than anything else. I didn't really understand the point as Ishaan has glasses because of Meher not Akshat.

Abeer's whole competition with Akshat and trying remove Akshat's influence was just didn't make sense. Ishaan already has Abeer's traits, whether or not he dresses like Abeer. Abeer was trying to prove a point using Ishaan as a pawn so I didn't like that.

I would've loved it if he had gotten to know Ishaan.. ask Ishaan what he likes to do. Help him with his science project. Do things that a father does. Not just try to make him into a mini-me.

No. That was the thing I did not like what Abeer did. Giving contact lens to Ishaan. How he knew his number. Plus so small children should not be wearing contact lens cos they are in growing phase so wearing contact lens is so not done. Also repeating that he does not look good in specs so wear contacts is also not appropriate.
Hope we find Ishaan with specs again. Abeer would have given some nice style frames. That would have been perfect for the change if he so wanted.

kids can start wearing from 8 and can adapt well to it. provided they are responsible... cvs probably over stretched it.

according to recent studies it's good for them and boosts their confidence

I agree tat Abeer went a little overboard meeting his son after 8 years...could hv avoided gifting contact lenses ...😒 But at the end of the day i do not think he intended anything bad... Like Suman says Abeer ka dil saaf hai... he did not intend ishaan to wear it all the time... These days kids are more smarter than us... And at the age of 7 many kids have achieved more than we have...Moreover Ishaan is a bright child 😆😆
