Meher does not want this marriage from the bottom of her heart & she knows that she does not love Akshat.
She cannot deny her feelings for Abeer. When Suman tells her that she loves Abeer, she does not deny but she wants to teach a lesson to Abeer for leaving her when she needed him the most.
I think Meher was pregnant at that time when Tayiji told Abeer about her pregnancy. She is prejudiced towards Abeer because of this incident though she loves him.
