The story revolves around a Muslim girl Meher, who has an identical twin sister Shabana, who was separated from her at birth. Meher was brought up by her mother, Shaheen Begum. Her mother always thought about and chose what was best for her daughter. They have a close relationship with each other and confide in each other a lot. But on the other hand, Shabana was taken from her mother Shaheen Begum. The person who took her was her own Aunt Rukhsana Khala. She used her and brought her up to kill and deceive people. And when the story takes off, Shabana is after Meher's money and her in-laws as she tries to take Meher's place in her husband's house. The feud leads to killing and murders. Besides that, people are confused about who is Meher and who is Shabana. Shabana killed Meher's husband Irfaan. And takes Meher's place in her husband's house. Irfaan's younger brother Zayed came from America.Shabana tries to kill him too.But failed to do so. Meher married her brother-in-law Zayed to save Irfaan's company. Zayed loves Meher very much and thinks that she is Shabana. Meher kept a distance from her husband Zayed and they did not consummate. One day Shabana kiddnap Meher and comes to Zayed. But he loves her very much and not able to forget her. Meanwhile Meher framed up for her friend Brinda's murder.Zayed came to know that Shabana was the killer of his brother. He became angry and want to kill Shabana. But then it revealed that Shabana is pregnant with Zayed's child. So Zayed could not kill her. Meher realized that she also loves Zayed very much. As Meher framed up for the murder only Shabana can save her. Shabana made a deal that she would save Meher. But if Zayed marry her. Zayed marry Shabana to save Meher from the case. Shabana give birth to a baby girl and Zayed tells Meher that he now kill Shabana. But Meher did not allow it. Zayed brought Shabana near a hill and tries to kill her.But Meher came between them. Zayed shot Shabana. But Shabana pulled down Meher with her and both fall down from the hill. After five years later.Zayed lives a pain full life without his love Meher. Shabana and Zayed's daughter is five years old. Then it is revealed that Ali, Zayed's step brother had brought Meher to London. She had lost her memory and was unable to remember her past. Her face was also changed; she is Naaz now. Ali made her Zayed's enemy and send to destroy Zayed. After a lots of incidents Meher get her memory back and Zayed came to know that she is Meher and they united.
