Some of my punjabi guy friends are like 'I don't eat onion (with chicken) on Tuesdays' 😆

That's us on Tuesdays too! We're not allowed to eat meat/eggs or drink daaru. 😆

There's also special days like Purnamashi, Dasmi etc. (Btw, I have no idea how to spell the names so there is 99% that I'm butchering the names. -_-)

It actually really all depends on the family. There is no specific restriction on Sikhs over what they can and cannot do. It's only there for those who have taken Amrit since that is holy water that they are drinking and are committing themselves to Babaji wholly. Kind of like nuns.
