I think meher kept abeer photos and other things as memories. She doesn't want to express her feelings again

I think Mehar was pregnant at the time of divorce and then miscarried following it. She probably didn't tell Abeer due to the issues they were having. I think the box itself contains items she bought for the baby in advance.

Glad I'm not the only one thinking that! 😊 I think this might explain why Meher told her mother that she does not want Abeer to know what happened in her life over the course of the last 8 years - because she didn't want to look vulnerable land broken, loosing both her husband and baby

Exactly... she doesn't want to show him how vulnerable she was without him. It also could explain why she is still so resentful about him leaving her. I can't wait to find out!😆

As I said in another post hiding a kid will not match with the character of Meher CVs have portrayed so I suspect that to be the case here unless of course if she was under pressure from Kuber or somebody else not to reveal it to Abeer for the safety of kid
Another possible secret could be that those boxes capture memories of tough time Meher and her family had to go through after the divorce which Abeer never came to know about and Meher being the self respecting lady she is will never want Abeer to be aware of all those 🤔
