i think it is because Mehr is trying to prove that she has moved on and now Abeer is doing the same thing so yup i think that is the reason 😊

Actually both r busy to one up each other and failing miserably.
Abeer's fail was ending up in Meher's home denying vigorously about loving her.
Meher's will be her tatoo revelation.
