I did not see any thing that appeared to be obscene. There were several scripted lovey-dovey scenes munged together.
One thing though...Rumpa almost always seems uncomfortable in Hitesh's presence. I don't think she's quite shed her internal struggle with being 2nd fiddle to Pooja. But I still think these two lovebirds are walking (rather running) down the isle even if they have to trample fellow contestants, babuls and mummyjis, extended family, politicians, movie stars (sorry, Shah Rukh...autograph kal lene aajaao) and even StarPlus. Their goal is set and they are getting there by hook or crook.

You still not getting the point .. one one is against PDA, Just dnt do it on cameras, if they dnt marry these guys ... and end up marrying some other guy , if that guy is open minded its good ... what if he is a physco , he will show the Youtube vids of they Rasiya and taunt the girls. All Men are not same. In India especially girls need to think abt this , we are a developing country , ppl in metros may have changed there attitude, what abt the rest ? If you dnt know the Geo 60% of India still lives in Rural areas.

Anonymous--Villager attitude or whatever..Many Indian elders still are conscientious of society and norms. The guys who watch this would still marry the girls, but it will be quite difficult to convince the elders to approve of a girl who was involved with a guy on a show. None of us said that PDA is not allowed or should not be done. Please interpret our sentences correctly. We are only saying that if these girls do not end up marrying the kunwars on this show, what image of them will the "indian" society have?

well, this is my first post here and I dont really know many of you guys. My intention is to have a healthy discussion.
I am aghast at the ease with which physical intimacy is being treated as casual by few members. As such the movies have gushed the culture down drains long ago. Its a different world altogether. I fail to get the definition of modern!! Why has modern have something to do with wearing skimpy clothes in the name of fashion, having wierd hair dos or as being discussed here - being less cared about physical proximity with opposite sex? I can see lot of teenagers now taking things easy in this aspect. I am not speaking for kids who are born and brought up outside India, they definitely will have a different influence to what is in India
will continue...rushing to a meeting!!eerrgghhh!!!

Oh BTW These people are anything but modern. If they were modern, they would be projecting other attributes of the kanyas and kunwars instead of making them cook for the past 2-3 months. Its easier to lable someone as' 'villager mentality" but one has to have a first hand exposure to all these things in order to judge. I live in the US now, but grew up in India and lived there for 21 years of my life. I dont see much difference in the mentality of people then when I left the country and now.
Think of the situation where one rumor that sparked about the live in relationship between Pri and rajbir, created such a huhe ruckus in Raj's family. Despite the fact that it was a rumor and Raj's family knows Raj very well to believe such rumors. Imagine if someone has watched the show and gets Rumpa's proposal, people are going to make a big deal of all that things that she is doing.
