Agree with u, the more we watch it, the more it seems to be fake.

I don't know, but this can be my weird idea. I don't know, but I just feel that if Raj is a big rich guy, then u never know if he actually sponsored the whole show to get famous himself. That can always be a reason for his mom being the MOW always. Well just imagine if tthis weird imagination is true, what would be the further twists and turns in the show 😉
