Why not adopt the child to be his protector?

Hi, This is my first post in this forum. I have watched promos of the show, where it was shown that an "adult" girl get married to a child to be his protector. So the basic idea is being the protector of child who has lost his family.

there is article in which producer of show states that since ratan is living at joint family so adoption is not possible



and here ratan does not married because his father and his mother is so eagerly to see him dulha in early age .both now where said ki mere beta shaadi ke kayak ho gaya hai us ka Ghar bas jaye isliye iski shaadi karaa do


if ratan parents would have not died then ratan would have not married until he attended legal age of marriage because his father would have been there to protect him


ratan father was foresighted he would have thought that I will be not always with ratan whole life to protect him so he made a will that if anyone try to kill ratan property will go to wife and I think when property is in name of wife no one in sasural can claim on wife property and I guess if anyone kill Diya no one is sasural going to get single penny from Diya property because wife ki property pe Sirf wife ka aur husband ka right hits hai


but here ratan parents didn't not know that they will die suddenly .both have no idea that both will die suddenly so giving legal protection to ratan was not possible because cruel destiny did not give both time to go to police and file fir and give protection to ratan . legal formalities take time but here ratan parents did not get much time to give ratan legal protection



legal adoption is also not possible because it take at least 1 year to adopt and if cvs show adoption till adoption process complete by that time ratan would have been kill so adoption is out of question


ratan could have marry after he attended legal marriage age but before he reach legal marriage he would have been kill

so only will statement can save life of ratan which state that if anyone kill ratan then his property will go to wife

and I think it will be useless to kill Diya because if husband property go to wife then no one in sasural can get single penny from wife property

In this country/state/location -- adoption is not legal but a marriage between a child and an adult is valid and legal -- hence the marriage. 😆

who says adoption is illegal And. child marriage is legal . here cvs has.created such situation in the serial that only marriage can save life

Nd basic question is that what if ratan family challanges diya adoption as she cant earn nd she is herself is only 18 nd why not us we r his family so automatically she wll loose ratan custody

Nd by marrying him as same hponed with ratan grand father also the property nd mainly ratan life will be saved coz these things heppn in rajasthan even today like we hv prabhudasi nd many more kinds of ill tradition this one of thm nd thiz tradition has bound to be somthiing diffrnt in diya nd ratan life
