Actor Rithvik Dhanjani, who was in Lucknow re cently to promote his show, wishes to explore the city at leisure. "I've heard so much about the city's culture and food but unfortunately I have not got the chance to explore its beauty .In fact, very soon I will plan a trip to Lucknow and go sightseeing. The vibe of the city and the tehzeeb of pehle aap is very positive," said Rithvik.

Starting his career from fiction shows like Bandini and Pavitra Rishta, Rithvik has been doing mostly non-fiction shows such as Nach Baliye, I Can Do That and hosting shows like Indias Best Dramebaaz. "Main TV par aaj bhi hoon aur kal bhi tha, but I can't force myself to do fiction shows. I want to wait for the right script and then do a fiction show. I want my audience to like my character rather than say, dhat tere ki, kya kar raha hai yeh'," he says.

The actor who finds anchoring very comfortable says, "Anchoring eventually happened to me. I love doing acting more than anchoring, but still I feel that acting mein main kahin bandh jata hoon. Anchoring mein mujhe kisi character ki bandhish nahi hai mujhe kisi cheese mein bhi anchoring karva lo.The most difficult part of anchoring is that you have to be yourself. You can't just learn anchoring, it's in you."

Rithvik who has been dating his longtime girlfriend actress Asha Negi for quite a while now, does not plan on getting married anytime soon. "I am only 27. We both are too young to get married.As of now both of us want to focus on our respective career. I want to wait till I reach my thirties as we are not in any rush," says Rithvik.
