Yeah the place is beautiful...

Haven't had the chance of exploring much as yet though... Just trying to have a hang of places to ship, transportation facilities and so on.. Finding proper accommodation took about 15 days.

The most hilarious is learning to read the map. Either to reach different buildings and libraries to attend lectures and tutorials or to do the assignments or to navigate different destinations through smart phones... All this is so new...

Been here for just a month... But yeah the beaches at South Bank were gorgeous...

Have time for more exploration this week end...

maps are hard, no matter where you go. i'm still discovering places at my uni that I did not know about. i'm not the most adventurous. I could never do something like kkk

The last 3 months was all about preparing to come here. And the last 1 month is all about IAPs and assignments...

Yeah Uni is demanding... Especially for Scholarship students it is more difficult as there is a pressure to learn and grasp things as it is expected that you gotta be bright..

And then there is a certain grade you are expected to maintain... At times it gets too exasperating cause you are judged too harshly even for minor glitches that would have passed as an unnoticeable blip in case of other students...

But yeah it has perks as well... You are paid well and hence you can focus totally in the studies, And as I have been able to plan my time table well, I get time for myself as well..

Missing home , family and friends... I guess that is something that I have learn to live with at least for a while...

Right... I fell so lost at times...

Just last week I had a 11:50 a.m's lecture to attend. I reached Uni at 11:20 and could not find the building for 40 mins... I was 15 mins late for the lecture and the prof was not too happy.. He judged the assignment of that week more stringently...

BTW , what is KKK??
