Can't help but make this post in Bollywood forum. Being an ardent follower of various sports, sponsoring my Alma master's girl's football team, it's such a proud moment to see our sports have come a long way. Even I am crying while typing this

Women team winning the world cup, our women football teams, both seniors and under 17 qualifying for Asian football cup, promotion of men's rugby team to top tier, dominance of players like Gukesh and Divya in chess..the sports fan in me can't control the emotions 😭

I just hope support from all corner come pouring for our emerging atheletes, this can only be the beginning.

Once again congratulations Team India. So proud of you 👏

Though nanaji & dadaji origin is india me & my parents born in singapore . I am not a cricket follower nor a fan but as a indian & a woman i was truly praying & wishing our team india blue girls to win. What a proud moment when our girls did lifted up the trophy. Historic win. All women win

When i was watching the clip of the last ball catch and the firworks and all the girls hugging each other with tears and lifting up the trophy. My eyes was in tears. What a moment
