Games Hiten plays

Hiten Tejwani, who is currently busy shooting for his two Bollywood projects where he will be seen in a lead role and also is shooting for the daily soap Meri Aashiqui Tumse where he will be seen with his wife Gauri Pradhan after five long years, manages to get some time out from his hectic schedule to practice for the upcoming Box Cricket League. Hiten is part of team Kolkata Babu Moshayee and is practicing really hard for the upcoming event.

Hiten feels that BCL is one of the most positive parts in his life now as his entire day is dedicated to hectic shoot timings so at night when he plays cricket his mind and body feels refreshed and that helps him face the next day with a healthy dose of enthusiasm.

Now that's what we call being a sport!

Hiten Tejwani who was last seen in Pavitra Rishta is now a part of Kolkata Baabu Moshayes cricket team owned by Nivedita Basu. Cricket seems to be his passion and now that he has got a chance to show his cricketing skills he is extremely excited for Box Cricket League.

1. What prompted you to be a part of cricket team Kolkata Baabu Moshayes? I have always been interested in cricket a lot but then I started working and couldn't continue with it. This year Nivi is a dear friend of mine and she buzzed and asked to be a part of her team. I said "Yes, why not!" Actually last year I was busy when they did this...So this year I get to play with my friend and I most of my team members and its gonna be superb fun!

2. Did you ever play cricket in your childhood? Oh ! as a kid I have played cricket a lot with my friends. I have many childhood memories associated with cricket... there were hardly any match we lost. I remember this match where I was tired and fatigued but still we won and became known in my locality.

3. Do you follow cricket matches? Yeah to some extent but not regularly because earlier we had test matches, one days... Now there are like 20-20s championships leagues and how match can one watch in our day to busy schedule.

4. Who is your favourite cricketer and why? Sachin Tendulkar, He is God! You know when he's on the pitch batting he's gonna give something suberb! I also like Virat but sachin is the best.

5. What you like the most balling or batting and why? Actually both but balling I have to practice to get a hand on it. Batting who doesn't like...(laughs)

6. Is playing cricket a stress buster too ? Yea... you can say that... any kind of sport rejuvenates your body.

7. Which all other games you like other than cricket? I have played badminton, table tennis and swimming...

8. Which cricketer you would like to meet and play cricket with Offcourse... Sachin Tendulkar
