Written Update

At the office

Pari is at the office, she is talking to an employee. Pari says I did so much research and hard work on that project, and says I was going to give the presentation, how can he just give the project to someone else? The employee says Manav sir gave the project to Sachin sir. Pari says Sachin, ok you go. Pari goes to her office desk, she is going thru some files, the employee brings her a file. Pari says are you sure this is the file? The employee says yes maam, Pari says but this is not enough, I need more proof against him. You have to find all the files and reports and please make sure this doesn't reach anyone else, thank you. Pari calls Naren and tells him to come in ajoba's office.

Karmarkar House

Rushali is at her house, she is going thru some work files. Rushali says oh God, she looks very upset. Shirish comes downstairs, he says Rushali, nothing will be accomplished by taking the anger out on the files. We have to work patiently right now. Rushali says what patience Shirish, have you seen these figures? I have gone mad, look at all these losses! We're going to be out on the streets very soon Shirish, do you even know what's going on? I don't understand how we got in this situation for God's sake! Shirish says I understand your desperation Rushali, I am also worried myself but the reality is, we're at a big loss. Our reputation in the market has gone down, if only our reputation was good or if we trusted some investors and gave them funds, I don't see any of the possibilities. Rushali says you know what's happened? That Naren has become the face of the company, the company was sustained on his name, now when he's not concentrating on the business and when he's not here. But Shirish, how is this his fault? Look at his condition the past few days, so much has happened with him. He lost his child for God's sake, he saw many dreams for that and had so many expectations but he couldn't have his child. Karmarkar House

Give him some time, I'm sure he'll recover from this shock and trauma and after that he'll be able to concentrate on his work again. In the meanwhile we all have to try to bring the company back. I'm sure the results will be good and if even after that it's not good then it's our fate. Rushali says Shirish you know I believe that we make our fate, we are not made for this kind of lifestyle, neither is my son. He is not an ordinary bank employee and he won't do any job like that, I won't let this happen Shirish. Shirish says ok so what's your plan? What do you want to do? Rushali says Shirish why are we forgetting that our daughter in law Pari is Manav Deshmukh's granddaughter? He has taught us a lot in the business Shirish, we have to use this to our advantage, Rushali smiles.

Manav's office

Mana is at his office. Pari comes and says ajoba look at this, our company's new project. Naren comes, Pari says Naren hasn't even joined yet but he has still given such good inputs. Actually we started working from today and Naren took charge of this project right away. Ajoba he saw your reports before, Sachin mama used all the money from that project for his own benefit. He didn't tell anyone and secretly started a new firm, by using your company's capital. I didn't know about this, when Naren took charge of this project then everything came out in the open. Ajoba I think Naren will handle this project better. After all he's honest, he's brilliant. Manav calls an attendant named Sonali and tells her to send Sachin in his office, right now. Sachin comes to the office, he says baba you called me? Manav says I gave you some money for the new project, with that money you opened up a new firm?

Manav's office

Sachin smiles and says no baba. Mana stands up and throws the papers in the air and yells, don't lie! Here is the proof! You put the company on your name and opened a new firm and didn't tell us?! Why, for what?! What did I say, I'm giving you a chance to prove yourself, didn't I tell you?! I accept that you have your dreams and you want to start your new business on your own but you could have at least told us! You would have gotten our blessings. Archana and I trusted you so much, what's the use?! You took advantage of our trust! I don't need a bad man like you in our company, after today you have nothing to do with this company or any of the company's projects! Understand? Sachin says what did I do so wrong by starting new firm? How long will I keep living as Manav Deshmukh's son? Baba I also have a separate identity, I want to make a separate identity, so what if I used a little bit of your money for that?!

Manav's office

Sachin says, if your money not mine?! Am I not your son, if I'm not then why don't you say so clearly?! This Pari filled your ears right? Instead of being happy for my success, you're firing me?! You just need an excuse to insult your so called son! I am not important for you, you only care for Pari, Naren, Soham. So why don't you give all that property and money to them! Keep one thing in mind, I will take my share. Sachin leaves. Pari says ajoba don't worry, Naren will handle this project well. Manav says how dear? We have very little time. Pari says ajoba don't worry, Naren will complete this project at your decided time. Naren says ajoba I will try. Manav nods his head and says ok, please Naren, you handle this project. Pari and Naren leave.

At the office

Naren and Pari go to the other office, Naren says Ahana why did you lie? For one project you lied? Pari says Naren this is business, and also whatever Sachin mama did was for his own benefit so what did I do wrong? Naren says Ahana I don't understand what the need was to lie. Pari says the time has come where you have to prove yourself and win ajoba's trust. I have been working in this office for years, I don't think there's anyone here who ajoba can blindly trust. There's no one that can take his place, you will have to take his place. Naren I don't think ajoba will work for many more days, and very soon someone else will have to take over and I want you to earn that place because you deserve this. And ajoba can blindly trust you, anyway you stop thinking about this and pay attention to your project. There's very little time.

Ranvijay's house in the kitchen

He got mad and said to me to put everything on Pari, Naren and Soham's name and that I don't give him any importance at office or home, how do I make him understand and realize?

At the office

Teju says baba you don't need to make anyone realize anything, in fact you should grab his ear and ask him how could he open his separate firm with you there, and ask when did he take this decision? I mean this is not done, I will talk to him. I mean how can he do this? Manav stops Teju and says where are you going? You don't go, if you go then he will unnecessarily get mad, there will be a fight and the complications will increase. What will be accomplished? We can't change how he thinks, maybe there was something wrong in our upbringing, that's why. Teju says baba it's not like that, there was nothing bad in your upbringing, you have given us such good values. Sachin dada has become so greedy that he has forgotten your values, so what can we do? Teju comes to Nina's bedroom and says wow vahini. You guys do wrong, and also complain and we should bear your complaints? Sachu dada hurt baba, do you not think that you guys should apologize to him? Sachin comes in the house and says Teju! When I didn't make a mistake then why should I apologize? And also, what does it matter whether we apologize or not? We're leaving. Sachin smirks and says to Manav, now you're happy? Manav says I would be happy if you proved yourself! And not start a business like that behind my back, you want to do a business then do it! You'll earn money but you'll never earn my trust. Sachin says I don't even want to earn it, because whatever I do you'll never trust me. But yes, you can blindly trust Ankita who ran away from here. Manav yells Sachin! Manav raises his hand, he's about to slap Sachin but stops.

Deshmukh House

Manav says Sachin there is no need to drag Ankita in this matter! Poor her. Sachin yells poor her?! And we're cheaters, Sachin claps and says wow, wow! Sachin says think about why I did this, you forced me to do all this. I never get anything in this house and when I do, I'm always underestimated!
