There was a moment where Ankita considered telling the truth on who the father of her child is today. After Soham asked her in front of everyone, she had momentary confusion on whether she should say it, but that moment vanished as soon as Naren stood up and shouted at Soham to shut up and threatened calling the police. Those words sealed the deal for Ankita that there was no point in telling the truth. Even if she had a little bit of hope that Naren would accept the child, he proved that he couldn't even stand the thought of that being a possibility.
I wish she had said the truth though and just left saying that the Naren who loved her no longer exists and she wants nothing to do with the real Naren. I don't think she needs to live away from her family due to Naren. Why should she live with society looking down on her for a child conceived with her then loving husband?
Even after all that happened, I was disappointed that Pari didn't care and just wanted to enjoy her day. As caring as she seemed when she was Ankitas friend, now she's proving that she's just a selfish, self-absorbed brat. If she truly had cared for Ankita as a friend, she would should have cared at least a little bit today and at least agreed with Naren that its too bad that Ankita had to deal with so much.
The more we see of the real Naren, the less I like him though so I'm glad Ankita escaped living with the jerk. Pari and Naren are truly meant for each other. Their personalities certainly seem to match 🤢
