Television star Rithwik Dhanjani, who has also been a part of reality shows like Nach Baliye , Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and Dance India Dance , knows that despite the perks which come with the intensely competitive job there is too much stress yet he manages to stay calm and fit.

"Fitness means everything to me. Survival of the fittest is the mantra nowadays. I used to be a 120kg kid. I cannot imagine going back to that heavyweight category. To survive in the industry, I need to keep myself fit," says the actor who follows a controlled diet and works out four days a week.

Arjun came to India for the first time, and was memerized by the place. His hero style entry was enough for girls to go crazy for him, Our dashing Kirloskar 😎 But something wierd was planned for him upnext at his new office !😃

He arrives at the new office. Instead of welcoming the new boss, the employees were standing against him in a protest ! And the leader being our Purvi Deshmukh ! 😃 He didn't care whom he was or his power, she just stood for the truth, and she did not wanted the old employees to be terminated, and so stood against the new boss. A misunderstanding developed when she thought him to be the manager and not the boss 😆 However Arjun didn't react much, and ignored her, making his way into the office. Purvi was hell angry now.. :p

Arjun was doing his work calmly in his cabin, when Miss Purvi entered the cabin :p She was really very angry and asked him why the hell was he doing all this. She did not wanted teh old employees to be terminated as they had devoted all their lives for that company. Arjun said that she did not had any rights to talk to him loudly, and secondly he had given them time to search for a new job with an year's salary too !

Purvi didn't listen to his talks and said he was bribing the employees and taking away their jobs! She also told him that if he didnt' agree to their terms and conditions then she will have to take strict actions and can even go to the court ! Arjun was so irritated by the girl coz of the fact that nobody ever had talked to him like that ! He immediately ordered his manager to make a termination letter for her !
