Ankita is at her house. The servant comes to her and says maam you left so early this morning today I couldn't talk to you about what to make for breakfast for Naren sir, I had no idea so I made what's made for him every day for breakfast, now that you have come please tell me what he should have. Ankita says anything of your wish from his diet. The servant says ok. Ankita tells the servant to make Paneer and Rumali Roti as he likes it and put less masala. The servant says ok madam, he leaves. Naren comes downstairs. Naren says to Ankita, how are you feeling? Come and sit, I need to talk to you. Ankita sits with him, Naren asks Ankita to tell him something about herself, he asks if she's from Mumbai. Ankita nods her head and Naren says is your family also from Mumbai? Ankita nods, Naren says will you nod or actually talk? Tell me something about yourself. Ankita is about to say something when the doorbell rings, Naren says please see who it is. Ankita goes to open the door, it is Pari. Ankita tells Pari to come in. Naren says who is it? Naren looks and he sees Pari. Naren says Ahana. Naren and Pari look emotional, they walk toward each other. Naren strokes Pari and kisses her. Ankita watches this sadly and looks away. Naren hugs Pari very tightly. Naren says I missed you Ahana, I really missed you. Thank you for coming back in my life, thank you very much. Ankita looks very sad and is crying, Naren says to Ankita, she is my Ahana. I said she will definitely come back. Naren tells Pari that she is my caretaker and she's been living here. Call mom please, Ahana has come, I want you to meet mom. Naren has Pari sit down with him and says I'm really happy you've come back, I don't know why you're mad, if it's because I hid my name then both of us have our reasons right? I'm really sorry, I don't know what happened to me that night, I was in a state of shock.

Naren wants to order pizza, Pari says she's not hungry. Naren says it's not to relieve hunger but it's a mascot of our love. Naren asks Ankita to order 2 pizzas and 2 cold drinks. Ankita agrees, Rushali comes down and thinks to herself, foolish girl. Rushali says Ankita I can't thank you enough, for bringing Pari back in Naren's life, thank you. Of course Pari's presence is temporary here until Naren gets cured. Naren and Pari stand up, Naren says to Pari that's my mom. Naren says mom this is Ahana. Rushali says finally, this is Ahana, she's really lovely. Ankita orders 2 cheese pizzas without jalapenos and lots of cheese. Naren and Pari drink their cold soft drinks, Naren says it doesn't feel like it's been so long, it felt like yesterday we were in London and we came here. I love you Ahana, I love you very much. Pari says may I say something? Naren says yes of course. Pari says this world is so strange, so much changes in one day. I know there are some things which haven't changed. Naren says of course, like the love we have for each other. Pari says but a lot has changed and I want to talk about that. Naren nods his head, Pari says I want to move on in my life. Naren says of course Ahana, we will move ahead in our life but don't worry about that. We don't only love each other but we think alike too, ok our pizza is getting cold let's have a bite. Naren feeds Pari the first bite, Naren asks Pari to feed him. Pari feeds him, Naren says mindblowing. Ankita, how do you know I eat this kind of pizza? Extra cheese and no jalapenos? Rushali says come on Naren she's your caretaker, she knows everything, if she doesn't know then who would know? And you have told her so many stories about you and Ahana, your likes and dislikes, Ahana's likes and dislikes, she knows everything, right? Naren says of course, it just slipped out of my mind.
Outside
Soham is walking outside. Balan is following Soham and thinks to himself, where does Lala go secretly like this? I will need to find out. Balan finds out that it's a school and wonders what Lala is doing here. Sonu and Pranav are coming out from their school, Soham asks them how they are. Sonu says we're good how are you? Soham has brought treats for them, they thank him. Soham asks how everyone is at home, Mansi tai, Prashant, Shashank? Pranav says they're all good, Soham says how about Ankita? Pranav says she's good too. Balan thinks to himself, oh wow, he is meeting them with so much love, they must be Soham's children, this means Soham is married and has his family. Lala you haven't told me anything but I'll find out soon son. Balan smiles. Pranav says ok baba we'll leave, if we're late then Mansi tai will find out. Soham says take care of yourselves, he leaves. Sonu says baba has become very good. Pranav says yes, very good. Balan thinks to himself, remember the school that your lovely Vishnu Lala's children come to learn, knowing this will come to good use for me, Balan laughs.

Naren and Pari are sitting down having pizza and drinks. Rushali and Ankita are there too, Rushali thinks to himself, the Pari and Naren jodi looks so good, Pari is of our status and she's from our world. She deserves Naren, not Ankita. Rushali laughs. Naren drops some of the drink on him. Ankita is about to com with a napkin for Naren but Pari has already given it to him. Naren says I got a little messy with the excitement. Naren says I'll change. Pari says I should head out. Naren says Ahana you're seeing me after so long, how can you just go? I'll change and be back in one minute, just be here. Naren goes upstairs, Rushali smiles and says I have seen Naren so happy after so many days, thank you both of you so much. Rushali smiles and leaves. Pari says to Ankita you love Naren a lot right? He thinks of you as his caretaker and you? I don't know how you do all this Ankita, you're letting your love be with another lady, I don't have that much courage either but I did it. Ankita says love is love, there is no comparison, see there is so much strength in your love too. Naren sir got well just by seeing you, I'm sorry you are being troubled due to me but I promise once Naren sir is ok everything will be great. Pari says Ankita do you think I'm doing all this to get Naren back? Look I don't have any such intention, I just came here since you told me, please don't misunderstand me. Ankita says I don't think that at all, I can't ever think wrong of you, please don't even say it.

Shashank and Prashant come inside, they have come to see Naren. Shashank says we haven't seen him since he got discharged, how is Naren? Ankita says he is gone to the hospital with mom, he had to get some tests done, he's fine. Don't worry, as he comes I will have you guys talk to him. Shashank says ok fine. Shashank and Prashant leave. Naren comes down and asks Pari what happened? Naren asks her if she didn't like the pizza. Prashant and Shashank stop there, since they hear Naren. They look confused to see him with Pari. Pari says to Naren, I'm getting late, I should go home now. Naren says of course I'll drop you off at home. Pari says it's ok but Naren insists he'll give her a ride back home. Shashank says to Prashant, Naren is inside so why did Ankita lie to us? Prashant says I don't know, why would tai lie to us? Shashank says let's go. Prashant and Shashank leave.
Mansi and Shashank's chawl
Mansi is lying down on her bed, Shashank asks her if everything's ok, aai said your health was not god. Mansi says I'm fine Shashank, maybe I got sick due to the heat. Ok go wash up and I will make food. Shashank says no, no aai is warming up food. Mansi did you talk to Ankita? Mansi says no Shashank, Ankita tai isn't even picking up the phone, in fact I've been calling her for 2-3 days. When we go to the doctor tomorrow, we should also go to her house. Naren is wearing a suit and tie, Shirish tells Naren that his look suits him. Rushali says you look like Naren Karmarkar. Naren says thank you, mom I'll have some juice. Dad did you read the news about a new phone model being launched and he asks when did we launch our last model. Rushali says 1 and a half years ago. Naren says what, 1 and a half years ago? This means that there's a lot of losses in our company, we should start work on a new model right away. Rushali says you were not fine at that time Naren, it's ok. Naren says yeah but I have to start work now. Dad fix a meeting with the tech team and design team, I'm going to office right now. Rushali says no, no, no. You can't go to the office. Naren says why? Shirish says why can't he go to the office, I think it's a good idea. Yes, sure. Rushali says Shirish what are you saying? He just got well and came home, how will he go to the office now? Naren says exactly my point mom, I'm well now so I can go to the office and the office needs me. Rushali tells Naren that the doctors said you can't take pressure. Naren says don't worry, I won't take pressure.

Rushali says listen Naren, you can't go to the office, we'll bring your whole team here, you can work with them here. Naren says mom it's not possible. Rushali says please, please for me. He doesn't even know that he got married to Ankita, he'll go to the office and what if someone says something to him about this? Until he's not fully cured he should stay at home. Precap: Pari and Shekhar are at the Deshmukh House. Pari says to Shekhar, whenever I go in front of Naren, our old memories eat me up inside. I mean, just imagine, Naren wants to marry me and I want to see Ankita and Naren together.
