Shekhar's house

Shekhar and Naren are at Shekhar's house. Shekhar is asking Naren how his clothes look. Naren says yes it looks good, you look like a young prince, if Pari sees you she will cancel the engagement and marry you directly. Naren helps Shekhar get ready, Shekhar says I am not good with clothes like you are.

Outside

Manav gets out of his car which is not working. Manav is frustrated and says what happened to this? Manav goes and opens the front part of the car and says the wire has burnt, there's no shop nearby. It will take a half an hour here and I won't be able to reach Pari's engagement. Manav is looking at his car. The owner of the garage where Soham is working at comes to Manav and asks him what happened? Did your car stop working? Manav says yes the wire burnt, I'll have to replace it. If you could help me then. The owner says don't worry at all, I have a garage nearby, I will send a worker here and he will fix it. How long will you wait out here in the sun, come in my garage and sit comfortably. Manav says please hurry up.

At the garage

The owner of the garage takes Manav inside the garage. The owner offers Manav something cold to drink. Manav says my car? The owner says I will send the worker. Shekhar's parents are at their house getting ready for the engagement. Shekhar's mom says to Shekhar's dad I think there are not enough gifts. Shekhar's dad says yes there are enough gifts. A serant comes and says to Shekhar's mom, madam, here is the aarti thaali. Shekhar's mom says this is the thaali, there is no sindoor and no flowers. The servant says sorry madam, I forgot sicne I was in a rush, I'll bring it right now. Shekhar's mom says hurry up. The servant leaves, Shekhar's mom says there's 2 days left for the engagement. Shekhar's dad says you chose a very good saree for your daughter in law, she'll like it a lot. Shekhar's mom says she'll like it? Shekhar's dad says yes. Shekhar comes downstairs and says hey mom, hey dad. Shekhar's mom asks where is Naren? Shekhar says he got me ready and then went to sleep. Shekhar's mom says he went to sleep? The servant brings over the aarti thaali, and it drops on the floor. Shekhar's mom says this means bad luck. Shekhar's dad says it's nothing like that. The servant says sorry madam. The servant picks up things that dropped.

Shekhar's house

The owner says one second sir, he goes. Manav gets a phone call from Archana. Manav picks up and says yes Archana. Archana is at the engagement hall and says Manav where are you, I have been waiting for you for a long time. They'll come and all of us when all of us haven't reached here. Manav says hello. Archana says hello Manav, I can't hear you. Manav says Archana I can't hear anything. Soham hears this while fixing the car. Manav walks up a little bit. Manav says hello. Archana says come soon. Manav and Archana hang up. Soham is crying.

At the garage

Manav says, Bhai Saab, how much more time will it take? Soham's face is turned away from Manav so Manav can't see Soham, Soham says it will take 3-4 hours to fix the car. Manav says to the owner, your worker is saying it will take 3-4 more hours. I will leave the car here, I'll give you my address, please park the car there, ok? I will make the payment there. The owner says ok sir don't worry, I will send you the car. Manav says I need a car for small items. The owner says Raghav put his things in the taxi. Teju comes and says baba Shekhar and his family are coming. Shekhar and his family enter the hall. Everyone throws flower petals at them, and Archana tells them to come in.
