Pari does not know about Naren's name change just as he doesn't know about hers (or they could have easily found each other post accident) so her distrust of him doesn't arise from not knowing his real name, at least as of yet. Later, she might assume since he is now already married that he deliberately misled her.

As for Ankita, cannot fault her for falling in love with Naren just as I could never fault Purvi for falling in love with Arjun. Purvi didn't know Arjun had promised to marry Ovi just as Ankita here doesn't know Ahana is alive. Why Ankita married Naren, that is debatable, was she right to wed him to get out of her situation, that is another matter entirely. Was she being opportunistic at that time? Perhaps. Does she love him now? Definitely, yes. Is it her fault that they have a physical relationship even though she knows he is mentally not okay? I don't think so. Should she give him up like Purvi did Arjun when Pari comes on the scene? Depends. Unlike Purvi and Arjun's situation, there is no archana's happiness at stake and return to the family fold issue here for Ankita to sacrifice her love. Naren is her husband and however the marriage happened, it happened and if she loves him and believes he loves her as well, she should give it a fair shot and fight for him. If he is still truly in love with Pari and wants out of the marriage, she should comply. My two cents.

comparing ArVI relation to ankita naren is wrong atleast my pov...purvi dint knw abt ovi or arjuns relation with her bt ankita in all her senses knw that naren doesnt evn knw her nd practically he thinks he married ahana his first love...purvi fell for him without knwing anything nd ankita fell for him knwing very well that he loves some one else...bt i dont blame her bcoz love jus happns nd we cant force it! bt consummation it was her call nd a disgusting one at that too ...sleeping with ur hus or guy whom u love nd morning he adress u as someone else eeewww!
