Everyday there's a new shade of shamelessness in Arjun. From his disregard in playing 2 girls to being a middle-aged love-sick puppy, there's no end. The blatant disregard he shows towards his daughters (Pia & Pari) is just not done. At least with Pari he was shown to be missing to get in the good books of Purvi. Pia he doesn't even know what she looks like. It's not as if Ovi was stopping him from seeing her. Arjun is a big businessman, he can easily hop on a plane to Australia anytime to visit his daughter. With Pari he couldn't as Purvi was in the way.
I've never seen a sad excuse for a father. He hasn't fulfilled any duties as one owing to the fact he's a jilted lover. I was beyond appalled how he was vocalizing his anxiety for Purvi when his own daughter was in the dicky of the car. Any mother in Ovi's position would have slapped him for being having a one-tracked mind.
Arjun is beyond redemption. On the deathbed...MOST people think about their children whereas Arjun fantisizes about his amar premi. It's disgusting how CVs are displaying parent-child relation. Second contender to worst parents would be ArMan.
Even though there's no use talking about Arjun, what about Ovi. What is wrong with her? I feel she needs a tight slap. How can she abandon her daughter (Pia) just so 2 middle aged couple can have some sexytime? She was such a good mother but now she's being irresponsible. I think Ovi did a terrible thing for Pia by making her so insecure. I guess she extended her own blame and Pia picked up on it. It's similar to Stockholme syndrome where captured people being kidnapped start sympathizing with their captors. I felt so angry listening to Ovi wanting forgiveness from ArMan...for WHAT? Any family who can replace u so easily and not try to investigate is not worth it. Even murderers have mothers who love them despite their action.
All in all, I'm glad the amar premis are out of Ovi-Pia's life. They set a path of destruction wherever the go and as a viewer, it's beyond frustrating to see their logic.
