Fitness to me: Is one of the most important things in life. If you are fit, you can do anything.
My idea of a fit body: Is the one I have " I am not so slim, but I have a toned body. I feel good from within and feel healthy... that's fit for me.
The diet I follow: I do not follow any diet. I am a foodie and love to eat. For breakfast, I have omelette-bread in the car when I am rushing to studios for shoots. I have a cup of tea on the sets followed by lunch. In the evening, I have instant noodles and at night, I have a proper dinner. I love my meals and try to eat healthy.
The body part I would love to train: I would love to tone my tummy.
My best body features: My lips and eyes.
My worst body feature: My hands.
The best compliment I have received: Many people have told me I have a good body despite not doing anything. They say, It looks like you are working out'. It's very strange " whenever I put on weight, somehow, I fall ill and start losing weight on my own.
My workout: I have never worked out. Once I even paid Rs 11,000 and joined a gym but trust me, I just went for seven days. I am not a gym freak. I can't workout alone; I can workout if I have company. The only workout I do is in the form of dancing.
Relationship between health and fitness: If you need to be healthy, you need to be fit. One must eat healthy too.
The Bollywood body I envy the most: I love Madhuri Dixit - whatever she wears she carries it off well. Undoubtedly, Shilpa Shetty has the perfect figure but Madhuri has a very good body. She has so much oomph. I am so much in awe of her, she is so talented and graceful. I wouldn't mind a body like her. Till today, there is no one like her.
A piece of advice for the young aspiring to be fit: Do not stress yourself, just eat sensibly, enjoy your workout and, most important, be healthy. Also, walk a lot.
